SEBI Aspirants, As per MarksUp schedule, complete SEBI course will be uploaded by March 18. However, our team comprising of IIMA, IITB, IITD, SRCC, CFA, FRM, DU alumni is trying best to deliver it before March 16. We understand that the syllabus is new to 90% of our learners and unless they are not revising it multiples, it won't stick in their minds. We believe uploading any material after March 25 is futile and will serve no purpose. In fact, that would only make aspirants more nervous and impact their performance in exam negatively. Study Smart, Not Hard! Always at your service. Team Acads.ai [MarksUp]

Notes for calculating Ratios: 1. EBIT (Earnings before interest and taxes) = PBIT (Profit before interest and taxes), EAT (Earnings after taxes) = PAT (Profit after taxes), EBT (Earnings before taxes) = PBT (Profit before taxes) 2. In absence of preference dividend PAT can be taken as earnings available to equity shareholders.

SEBI Phase 1 is hardly 29 days away. By March 31: First Reading and 1 revision must be complete. April should be for multiple revision of complete syllabus. If you are starting any new subject in April, you are in trouble. Utilise your time well and crack SEBI grade A this year itself. Once you have your SEBI jobs secured, you'll be able to prepare for RBI grade B with more vigour and enthusiasm. Study Smart, Not Hard! SEBI course: sebi.acads.ai

Folks, Do not ignore English Descriptive Paper. It is a very high yielding paper. Assignments have been uploaded for Essay, Precis and Reading comperehension. You can submit your assignment to content@beingbest.in for the evaluation.

We advise all SEBI aspirants to stay away from any lengthy /bulky material. You have 30 days with you and 10-11 subjects, that means roughly 2-3 days per topic. Read only what you can revise multiple times. We are a team of IITB, IIMA, SRCC, CFA, FRM alumni working day and night to equip you with the best material for SEBI. Grade A exam. Please do not waste your time in researching on it. MarksUp brings to you the most compact (but comprehensive) notes for SEBI exam. The focus is on trying to cover each subject in 40-50 pages, enabling you to retain the content and then reproduce in the exam. Understand and accept the limitation of your brain. You won’t be able to retain anything unless you are not reading it 5-7 times. Do not commit the same mistakes that 99% of aspirants commit – Reading everything and retaining nothing. Study Smart, Not Hard. It's a golden chance, but only for those who study smart. Phani Ganisetti Content Head, SEBI+RBI (IIT JEE AIR 30, IIT Bombay CSE, IIMA, CFA, FRM )

Year 2017: RBI Phase I exam was just a day before UPSC prelims. UPSC aspirants were out of competition. Result: Cutoff = 78/200 Year 2019: RBI Phase 1 exam was after mains examination. Every UPSC aspirant attempted the exam. Result: Cutoff = 122/200 This year you can expect SEBI cutoffs to be very low on account of following factors: 1. Same month as UPSC Prelims 2. B. Com graduates are not eligible 3. Existing coaching's bulky material, which in fact weakens the chances of clearing Phase 1. Focus should be on horizontal coverage of every topic. 4. New Paterrn Golden chance for every serious material to become SEBI Grade A officer. In God we trust, rest others must bring data. acads.ai
