RBI Grade B Interview Series [Day 1]
Hi Folks,
The RBI Grade B interview starts today. Based on feedback of our learners we’ll be sharing updates on the channel and RBI interview course on acads.com
Video Conferencing Setup: Please watch this video to understand the setup. Overall, please don’t worry about it. The video quality is quite good with HD cameras. The experience will be similar to offline interviews.
Interview Panel: Multiple panels but ech anel will be conducting interviews at more than 1 places. This year panel seems to be more cordial than that of last years.
Average Duration: From our limited data, the average duration of interview was around 12-15 mins.

Acads NABARD GA Capsule [35 Pages]
NABARD exam has GA section of 20 marks in Phase 1. This means an aspirant needs to be very selective while studying for NABARD GA. Unlike RBI, spending too much time on GA is not worth the effort.
However leaving the section altogether is also not a wise decision. Keeping this in mind, we have prepared this GA capsule which focuses on current affairs from March to July 7. Second part will cover the remaining duration of July-Aug 15.
A word of Caution:

How to fetch extra marks in descriptive?
One of the easiest way to fetch extra marks in desciptive is to make your answer multi-dimensional.
E.g. In case of poverty, while defining the term, divide definition into material and non-material dimension [1st D - Definition]
Supplement it with data [2nd D - Data]

Every year 30-35 marks questions are asked from Schemes in Phase 1 and Phase 2. But this is also the portion which aspirants find the most challenging. We don’t blame them. Conclusion No 2: No doubt, XYZ is a welcome step. However, the government should also focus on core issues of ABC, DEF in order to make the initiative successful
e.g. 1 Women reservation is a step in right direction, However, it must be complemented with reforms addressing the core issues of discrimination, declining sex ratio, plummeting Women labource participation etc.
e.g. 2 Lateral entry is a step in right direction. However, government cannot ignore the need for cire civil service reforms, inlcuding, but not restricted to, protection from politicisation, partisanship etc.
