Regarding UN agency question Both World Bank and UNCTAD predicted India's growth to be 6%, and both WB and UNCTAD are UN agencies https://www.unsystem.org/members/specialized-agencies However, the answer to question remains UNCTAD. World bank made its prediction after RBI's prediction of 6.1%. UNCTAD made it before RBI growth rate prediction cut. Hence, RBI can be said to reduce its predicted rate of growth on the basis of growth prediction by UNCTAD, and not World Bank.

Phase I Analysis Part - 2 The Winning Approach Believe us folks, Phase I is not the real challenge. It can be easily cleared with GA on your fingertips. What worried us is that after Phase I results, we were flooded with queries of our Phase I subscribers, who, though managed to clear Phase I with our GA capsule, were struggling to find what to read and how to prepare further. Most test takers feel that after clearing Phase I, they don’t have a “plan” to proceed with the next step of the RBI recruitment process. We already know how fast paced this exam is. Especially this year, with just 12 days to prepare for Phase II after declaration of results of Phase I. What we advise you for RBI 2020, with notification expected in May/June, is to be prepared with Phase 2 even before the notification. With the competition eliminated at this stage manifold, a well structured integrated approach from the very beginning can make you stand apart from the rest. Do not prepare in a ‘phased manner’ rather, follow a ‘cumulative approach’. Gulp the Phase I pill with some strategic revision and prepare yourself early on for the real deal that Phase II is.

Phase 1 Analysis Part 1 Dear all, Now that the results for RBI 2019 Phase 1 are out, allow us to breakdown the entire process that this exam demands: at least 4-5 months of dedicated preparation in an Integrated manner (Phase I + Phase II). Observing the trends over the years, a cutoff of 122 has been the highest ever with even lesser number of applicants making it to Phase II (Approximately 2200 out of 1 lac). Don’t be surprised to see the cutoffs rise further up in the coming years. But to be honest, if you ask us, high cutoffs are never a concern for us (RBI has totally lived up to our expectations). Nobody can argue with the fact that GA section with 80 marks is totally the game changer here. For those who scored 60+ marks by just memorising and revising our 60 page capsule, more than half the job was already done. The rest of the exam then becomes a cakewalk! As for Reasoning and Quant, if you do not have an aptitude for maths, we suggest you begin to identify the type/topics of questions where you score well and follow a targeted approach. Many subscribers expressed their concern about English. We agree it’s a tricky section, but you can improve your RCs with continuous newspaper reading and focus on understanding the correct usage of grammar with lots of mock tests. Practice, practice and practice with the clock ticking by your side!
