In 2020, I bought a small amount of Tesla after seeing how powerful its brand is and how nations are adopting EVs fast.
I bought it around $700+ (before stock split) and started following Elon Musk. But after I realised this man is extremely unpredictable and is a big RISK factor to Tesla, I sold the stocks immediately.
But now that Elon Musk may leave Tesla, I became all interested again since the big RISK factor is gone, and the shares are priced at near 2020 price again!

Markel's market cap is 17.22 billion while Berkshire's is 666.37 billion
Lets not assume that Markel will catch up with Berkshire from 17.22 bil to 666.37 bil
But looking at the size of Berkshire, can we project that MKL can be at least 10 times bigger today?
Meaning, from 17.22 Billion to 172.2Billion.
Looks likely?

In 2014, I invested into a Singapore Listed Company 800 Super at $0.2.
It is a waste management that gives me 5% in dividends yearly.
The price went as high as $1.32 but i refused to sell as I believed I can never ever buy it back at the price of $0.2.
But alas... in 2019, the company was bought back and privatized at $0.9....
What a "waste"
But my experience with waste management companies were excellent. Predictable, recession proof...
