[Episode Notes of Business Tear Down Ep 02] Chinese Stocks Bubble This stock market run up does not look like the one in 2015 which crashed over 40% subsequently. 1. Margin Lending is low - about half of what it was in 2015. This tells you that the retail rampant FOMO investing in 2015 is not an issue in 2020. 2. Strong Fiscal Spending in China - The Chinese Govt is going to spend 2 trillion yuan in the next 5 years to build up the country infrastructure. This will inevitably flow to corporate earnings and thus making the bull run more sustainable. 3. China still looks cheap - On average, Chinese indexes still looks cheap in context with the past.
