✨بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم✨ 💎FIQH OF RAMADAAN 💎 🗓Day-2️⃣2️⃣🗓 ➡After seeing the allowable and invalidating acts of Fasting we will see what are Rulings for a person for Fasting as per his/her condition. Part 1⃣ CATEGORY: 1 ✅WHO MUST FAST: ➡️Fasting is mandatory for all sane, healthy, adult Muslims, male and female. CATEGORY: 2 ❌WHO ARE NOT OBLIGED TO FAST: ➡️The following groups of people are not required to fast and they do not make up for- the missed days of fasting. Likewise, they are not required to do anything as a compensation or atonement for missing the fast. 🔹The Person who are Insane: Fasting is not obligatory for the insane because of their inability to understand what they are doing. Allah's Messenger (Peace be upon Him) said: "The pen (that records deeds and sins) is lifted (from writing) for three people: the insane until they regain their sanity, those who are sleeping until they awaken, and the young until they reach puberty." 📎(Ahmad, Abu Dawud and At-Tirmithi) 🔹Children: Those who have not reached the age of puberty are not required to fast as evidenced by the Hadith mentioned above. 📌However, it is recommended that their guardians encourage them to fast so that they become accustomed to it at an early age. They may fast as long as they are able and then break the fast if it becomes too difficult for them. ✨بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم✨ 💎FIQH OF RAMADAAN 💎 🗓Day-2️⃣1️⃣🗓 🚫WHAT INVALIDATES FASTING🚫 ➡Type 2:: Acts that nullify fasting and require Qadaa' and Kaffaarah (i.e.,making up the missed days later on and payment of expiation) are: 📌If someone has sexual intercourse with his wife during one of the days of Ramadan whereas both the man and the woman have mutually agreed on having relationships, then both are liable to repent and ask Allaah forgiveness and make up the missed day, in addition to the payment of expiation of that sinful act, unless they were of those who are permitted to break their fast in Ramadan (e.g, travelers). 📌In case a man has sexual relationships with his wife forcibly then he is required to make such a payment and not the woman. 🌷Narrated Abu Hurrairah (may Allah be pleased with him): ➡While we were sitting with the Prophet peace be upon him, a man came and said, “O Allah’s Messenger! I have been ruined." Allaah's Messenger asked, what was the matter with him. He replied: “I had sexual intercourse with my wife while I was observing fast (Saum).” Allaah’s Messenger asked him,“Can you afford to manumit a slave?” He replied in the negative. Allaah’s Messenger asked him, “Can you observe the fast (Saum) for two successive months?” He replied in the negative.The Prophet asked him,“Can you afford to feed sixty poor people?” He replied in the negative. The Prophet kept silent and while we were in that state a big basket full of dates was brought to the Prophet .He asked, “Where is the questioner?” He replied, “I am here.” The Prophet said to him, “Take this basket of dates and give it in charity.” The man said, “Should I give it to a person poorer than I?
