Students must book an appointment via My.LaSalle (MLS) starting May 23, 2025 at 1:00 PM by logging in at https://my.dlsu.edu.ph, and may only book within the dates assigned to their ID numbers. 📆 PHEx Schedule per ID Number: - ID 123: May 26 – June 5 - ID 124: June 6 – 19 - ID 122: June 20 – July 3 - ID 121: July 4 – 17 - ID 120 & below: July 18 – 21 The PHEx will take place at the Waldo Perfecto Seminar Room and Br.
