UGC allows pursuing two degrees! 📚🎓
🔹 What is a degree?
A degree (like B.A., B.Ed., M.Sc.) is a full academic program, not just a single course.
✅ Students can now pursue:
1️⃣ Two full-time degrees (if class timings don’t clash).
2️⃣ One full-time + One Online/ODL degree (Open & Distance Learning).
3️⃣ Two Online/ Two ODL degrees.
🚫 Not applicable for Ph.D.
📅 Effective from April 2022 (No retrospective benefits).

କଲେଜ ବଦଳାଇ ପାରିବେ +୨ ପ୍ରଥମ ବର୍ଷ ଛାତ୍ରଛାତ୍ରୀ। ଏଥିପାଇଁ ଶୁକ୍ରବାରଠାରୁ ଆବେଦନ ପ୍ରକ୍ରିୟା ଆରମ୍ଭ ହୋଇଛି। କିନ୍ତୁ ଏଥିପାଇଁ ନିର୍ଦ୍ଦିଷ୍ଟ କାରଣ ଦର୍ଶାଇବାକୁ ପଡ଼ିବ। ପିତାମାତାଙ୍କ ବଦଳି, ଅବସର ଗ୍ରହଣ କିମ୍ବା ମୃତ୍ୟୁ ଘଟିଥିଲେ ପ୍ରମାଣ ଦାଖଲ କରି ଆବେଦନ କରିହେବ। ସେହିପରି ଛାତ୍ରୀଙ୍କ ବାହାଘର କ୍ଷେତ୍ରରେ ଓ ସ୍ୱାସ୍ଥ୍ୟାବସ୍ଥା ଗୁରୁତର ଥିଲେ ମଧ୍ୟ ଛାତ୍ରଛାତ୍ରୀମାନେ ଏନେଇ ଆବେଦନ କରିପାରିବେ। ଆଗ୍ରହୀ ଛାତ୍ରଛାତ୍ରୀମାନେ ସାମସ୍ ୱେବସାଇଟ୍ www.samsodisha.gov.inରେ ଆବେଦନ କରିପାରିବେ।
ଏନେଇ ଉଚ୍ଚ ମାଧ୍ୟମିକ ଶିକ୍ଷା ନିର୍ଦ୍ଦେଶାଳୟ ପକ୍ଷରୁ ସମସ୍ତ ସରକାରୀ ଏବଂ ବେସରକାରୀ ଉଚ୍ଚ ମାଧ୍ୟମିକ ସ୍କୁଲ ଅଧ୍ୟକ୍ଷଙ୍କୁ ଅବଗତ କରାଯାଇଛି। ଗାଇଡ୍ଲାଇନ୍ ଅନୁଯାୟୀ, ଛାତ୍ରଛାତ୍ରୀମାନେ ଯେଉଁ କଲେଜକୁ ବଦଳି କରିବାକୁ ଚାହୁଁଥିବେ, ସେଠାରେ ସିଟ୍ ଖାଲି ଥିବା ଆବଶ୍ୟକ। ଆବେଦନ ପ୍ରକ୍ରିୟା ୧୨ତାରିଖ ଯାଏଁ ଚାଲିବ। ୧୩ ତାରିଖ ସୁଦ୍ଧା ଯେଉଁ କଲେଜ ଛାଡ଼ିବେ, ସେଠାରେ ଯାଞ୍ଚ ହେବ। ୧୭ତାରିଖ ଯାଏଁ ଡକ୍ୟୁମେଣ୍ଟ ଯାଞ୍ଚ ହେବ। ୧୬ରୁ ୨୨ତାରିଖ ମଧ୍ୟରେ ଉଚ୍ଚ ମାଧ୍ୟମିକ ଶିକ୍ଷା ନିର୍ଦ୍ଦେଶାଳୟରେ ସମୀକ୍ଷା କରି ଅନୁମୋଦନ କରାଯିବ। ଯେଉଁ ଛାତ୍ରୀଛାତ୍ରଙ୍କ ଆବେଦନକୁ ଅନୁମତି ମିଳିବ, ସେମାନେ ଜାନୁଆରୀ ୧୭ରୁ ୨୭ ମଧ୍ୟରେ ନାମ ଲେଖାଇ ପାରିବେ ବୋଲି ଉଚ୍ଚ ମାଧ୍ୟମିକ ଶିକ୍ଷା ନିର୍ଦ୍ଦେଶାଳୟ ପ୍ରକାଶ କରିଛି।

ଉଚ୍ଚ ମାଧ୍ୟମିକ ଶିକ୍ଷା ପରିଷଦ ଦ୍ୱାରା ପରିଚାଳିତ +୨ ବୋର୍ଡ ପରୀକ୍ଷା ପାଇଁ ବୁଧବାରଠାରୁ ଅନଲାଇନ୍ରେ ଆଡମିଟ୍-କାର୍ଡ ଉପଲବ୍ଧ ହେବ। ସାମସ୍ ଇ-ସ୍ପେସ୍ରୁ କଲେଜ କର୍ତ୍ତୃପକ୍ଷ ଆଡମିଟ୍-କାର୍ଡ ଡାଉନ୍ଲୋଡ୍ କରିପାରିବେ। ସେଥିରେ କୌଣସି ତ୍ରୁଟି ଥିଲେ, ପରିଷଦକୁ ଅବଗତ କରିବାକୁ ନିର୍ଦ୍ଦେଶ ଦିଆଯାଇଛି।
ସେହିପରି, ଛାତ୍ରଛାତ୍ରୀଙ୍କୁ ଆଡମିଟ୍ କାର୍ଡ ପ୍ରଦାନ କରିବା ପୂର୍ବରୁ ଅଧ୍ୟକ୍ଷ ଓ ପରୀକ୍ଷାର୍ଥୀଙ୍କ ଦସ୍ତଖତ ସୁନିଶ୍ଚିତ କରିବାକୁ କୁହାଯାଇଛି। କଳା, ବିଜ୍ଞାନ, ବାଣିଜ୍ୟ ଓ ଭୋକେସନାଲ୍ ବିଭାଗରେ ପରୀକ୍ଷା ଦେବାକୁ ଥିବା ଉଭୟ ରେଗୁଲାର ଓ ଏକ୍ସ-ରେଗୁଲାର୍ ଛାତ୍ରଛାତ୍ରୀଙ୍କ ଆଡମିଟ୍ କାର୍ଡ ଉପଲବ୍ଧ ହେବ। ଏନେଇ ପରିଷଦ ପକ୍ଷରୁ ବିଜ୍ଞପ୍ତି ପ୍ରକାଶ ପାଇଛି।
