Jo BIT Durg ja rha hai Admission ke liye, uski thodi help kar deta hu :D (Mai 16th ko gaya tha) 1. Go to Administrative Block, Go to Registration section (ask someone there). Take your Allotment Letter and they will give you a small slip to fill. Fill it and deposit 500rs. They will give you a file with 2 forms to fill inside and also BIT Durg Prospectus 2024 (keep this in your bag, don’t read it now) 2. Now, go towards Verification Hall (a big poster is hanging), you will find many tables and chair both inside hall and outside hall, sit and fill the file and both the forms inside the file given to you. (Take some glue you need to stick your photo, your DTE Password and PET Rank) 3. After filling the forms and fill inside out, now arrange your 3 sets of the photocopy in the specific order mentioned. (written alongside the 500rs receipt or I will attach the pdf) Also there is a photocopy shop beside Verification Hall (if you forget something) … NOTE: They will submit Original as mentioned, and only ask the other Original Documents for verification only won’t submit it. 4. Now, go to the stage for actual Verification, get it done, they will now forward your file. 5. Now, there are 2 possibilities: (A) Your file will go to 3 computers in front of stage, they will call your name line by line… will do some online work… They will give you a page with your ADMISSION NUMBER written on it with other details (check it, take its photo), now go to Account Section (beside Registration Section) submit it and follow Step 6 OR (B) They will call your name take your file directly to Account Section (beside Registration Section), now you wait… They will call your name line by line… They will give you a page with your ADMISSION NUMBER written on it with other details (check it, take its photo). 6. Now you pay your 1st Semester Fee: 39,800 Rs. For B.Tech (UPI,CASH,DD,CHEQUE) 7. They may give you Payment Receipt here or tell you to go to Admission Section directly. 8. Go to Admission Section (ask someone where it is) wait they will call your name… If called go inside, they will give you Admission Confirmation Letter (and Payment receipt). 9. (Now you can go home, its all done) But if you want hostel, go check it… if you like it go back to Verification Hall, you will find a Sir (opposite side of stage), he will give you Hostel Admission Form and you have to give 100 Rs for that. He will give you a receipt take it. NOW ITS ALL DONE! YOU MAY ENJOY THE CAMPUS [NOTE- Hostel Room selection is random by lottery system, you may get any room (as some rooms are better than other)] (This was my experience just to give you an idea some procedure may change for you, look out for that) Bye!
