Registration Process:
1. Download and complete the PR-1.1 application form.

Submission Options:
In-person: Submit the completed and signed form at the FVS office. For addresses, visit the FVS website: https://www.pvd.gov.lv/lv/parvaldes.
Electronically: Send the completed form signed with an e-paraksts (e-signature) to the email address: pasts@pvd.gov.lv.
Important Note:
If the address provided in the application form differs from your declared address, you must include a copy of a document confirming your right to operate at that address (e.g., a rental agreement).
When using your declared address in the FVS registration form, no rental agreement is required.
If the FVS finds during an inspection that a courier partner is making a delivery without being properly registered, the following fine may be imposed:
for a natural person: from ā¬70 to ā¬250;
for a legal person: between ā¬400 and ā¬4000.
Please register promptly to comply with the new requirements and avoid any potential issues in the future.
Please disregard this message if you are already registered or currently in the process of registering.
You do not need to send us the FVS code after registration.

Agents will continue assisting couriers with active order issues; however, support during this time will only be available in English. For couriers who do not understand English or encounter communication difficulties during the call, support agents will provide written assistance using translation tools.

A clean delivery bag not only maintains our hygiene standards but also ensures the freshness of the food during delivery.
š” All Bolt Market stores in Riga have free delivery bag cleaning products available for couriers. If your delivery bag is dirty, feel free to clean it at the nearest Bolt Market store.
If your bag is damaged, you can buy a new Bolt Food delivery bag.
You can also use any other delivery bag that is designed for food transportation.

To ensure transparency in the food delivery process and improve industry standard, all couriers will now be required to register with the Food and Veterinary Service. This is an important step to guarantee safety and reliability for both clients and supervisory institutions.
Please follow the steps outlined below.
Important Note:
If the address provided in the application form differs from your declared address, you must include a copy of a document confirming your right to operate at that address (e.g., a rental agreement).
Recommendation: Use your declared address in the form to avoid the need for additional documentation.
Registration Process:
1. Download and complete the PR-1.1 application form.

Submission Options:
In-person: Submit the completed and signed form at the FVS office. For addresses, visit the FVS website: https://www.pvd.gov.lv/lv/parvaldes.
Electronically: Send the completed form signed with an e-paraksts (e-signature) to the email address: pasts@pvd.gov.lv.
Important Reminder:
When using your declared address in the FVS registration form, no rental agreement is required. A rental agreement is only needed if the address provided in the form differs from your declared address.
