Final Onsite Lesson in Cheadle Tonight! Assalamu alaykum everybody, Tonight's lesson is at 8.10pm (UK time) in Cheadle Masjid. Isha jama’ah is at 7.45pm. AE will be away travelling next week and the week after inshaAllah for the final two lessons, so tonight will be the final onsite lesson of the academic year. We encourage all local students to attend in person. May Allah reward you all.

Great news with the LP/QP portal as our upgrades take shape and new features have been added, but also the new upgraded Apple app and arguably even better Android one here which is fantastic mA due to Naeem’s fabulous efforts. Check it out! · As for QP then our final class of the Academic Year will be on Tuesday March 5th online, and LP will also have its last class online (and not in Cheadle) on Wednesday March 6th, all at the usual times. Full details and updates if any changes on the Telegram Channel.  This might be a little bit late for most of you but if you do have folks that want to go to Hajj this year, they could do a lot worse than joining our dedicated Hajj Telegram Group and giving it a shot to get a place. If they follow the instructions in the group, they actually have a really good chance, which sounds insane considering some folks have been waiting 4 years to get into the Program. Hey man, whoever Allah writes that invitation for, it gets done! Stay positive! All the full info is in the TG group but they can also read more about it here. Again, I know it’s kind of burdensome to have these mega long emails sent out (or maybe just perfect considering it only happens once or twice a year!) so please come to Telegram so you don’t miss out on some upcoming exciting news for those who belief in Waqf! I know that was super long, but Alhamdulillah for being busy and having so much to write about. It’s a blessing being kept busy and it’s a blessing for you to have so many opportunities to be kept busy with Next Life Things in this life! The next big news is that the Hajj with AE website has been completely revamped by Gassan and the Hajj with AE team in celebration of launching a raft of 2024 Tarbiyyah Programs. Not only do we now have a balanced ‘Umrah schedule, two in the school holidays and two cheaper ones outside the holidays - and with the current crazy prices, you need all the cheap you can get! - but I’m also delighted to that there will be new programs added later this year so keep your eyes fixed on it. · The newest addition to this year’s roster will be a program we will hold in Turkiye in sha Allah on July 1st Alhamdulillah. Super excited about this and the hopeful addition of one out of the box destination to try and adapt our daily study and dhikr sessions to whilst chillin’ and lapping up the natural beauty and culture of said holiday location. I’d look at this trip like the Aqsa Tarbiyyah Program: lots of contact time in conducive conditions, with the buzz of being properly on holiday. Anyway, check it out at www.hajjwithae.com/turkiye as it’s already been out for a week and it’s starting to fill up. · Not this coming weekend but the weekend after on Feb 23rd and 24th, I’ll be teaching the Paradise Portfolio: The Fiqh of Zakat again after a 2-year break. This is a live virtual class, which means it happens online but it’s live like a Zoom session, but obviously better quality etc. The timings will be 4hrs on Saturday and 4hrs on Sunday and then we’ll do a Q&A session a few weeks later in sha Allah. The sessions will start at 10am EST / 3pm UK time on both Saturday and Sunday. All details here.  · Also whilst we’re here, if you missed out on the ART tadabbur extravaganza in Manchester last year, it’s going to be coming to London onsite for the weekend on May 10th-12th. However it’s nearly sold out so you need to be super quick. Also, a little bird tells me it might get one more showing in the UK in 2024, possible up yonder in wee li’l Scotland? Let’s start with the massive news mA that we decided ten years after the first one to have another go at the PG Retreat in the beautiful Lake District of North West England. Alhamdulillah we are super buzzing about this and we pray it goes well and allows for more people to join the next one and that there’s only a ten month gap and not a ten year one!  Unfortunately for you folks here on email, it’s completely full and sold out right now even though we launched it 3 days ago in the live LP class. However we are still keeping registration open for anyone who wishes to join the Waiting List, and yes, from experience there are always a good 5% of folks that can’t make it for some reason, so it’s still worth checking out at www.propheticguidance.org/retreat · The major news for ME personally is finally the release of another “blockbuster” AlMaghrib online class: The Fiqh of Death, the complete and utterly comprehensive guide to absolutely everything associated to death. This has been produced alongside and in the same vein as the Fiqh of Salah, hence why I call it a blockbuster. Because bismillahi ma sha Allah, I put my absolute everything into it and when you experience it, I’m sure you’ll agree. It’s obligatory knowledge for all who are receiving this list. Obligatory. And it doesn’t matter what you’ve covered on the subject with me before onsite or virtually, because this version is far more detailed, far more practical, and far more up to date with everything we need today, especially with the advances in life support and end of life care, as well as all the legal issues with Wills and a thousand things besides. There’s a standard that has been set for the top draw online classes we do for AlMaghrib, the ones that are permanent and stay with you for lifetime access. This will not disappoint you. I cannot promote this enough and I cannot insist more that you ALL do the same to all your family and friends. Feel free to thank me later, because you will mA. The 2024 Digest: The PG Retreat (!), New Classes, Turkiye, Hajj and so much more! Assalamu ‘alaykum everyone and I hope you are all doing well! As I’m writing this intro now in advance of sending it out on Sunday to the PG list, I have to say I cannot remember a more packed digest email EVER subhanallah. It must be a good sign for 2024 Ya Rabb. Before anything else, if there is any disappointment that you missed out on ANY of the opportunities below, realise that this is almost entirely your fault for not being on our main Telegram Chat here. And if you’re one of those who hate Group Chats, even if ours arguably is one of the more beneficial and controlled ones possible mA, then at least you should be on the main Telegram CHANNEL instead, which gives a small post every few weeks or whatever. But anyway. As we get ready to enter Sha’ban, I feel compelled to say that we should all know this is of course a great time to practice our fasting in preparation for Ramadhan. The Prophet (sallallahu ‘alayhi wa sallam) would fast so much this month. And perhaps this isn’t one of your usual habits. But I have to tell you, this year I find it very difficult to imagine us spending even this month eating and being merry when our Ummah flat out starves in Gaza at the hands of the denizens of Hell. We normally empathise with the poor in Ramadhan when we fast. It’s about time we did that every month and especially this month right now with what is happening with our brothers and sisters, may Allah accept them as shuhahda’, bring ease and success to them sooner rather than later, forgive us for our utter inability and failing them, and punish our enemies supremely, in this life and especially in the next Ameen. Alhamdulillah that felt great to write out. Now to more happier things:

Alhamdulillah the PG Retreat will be returning this September for the first time in ten years, and we are beyond excited for it all! This one will be for MALES ONLY but the next one I'm hopeful will be for the sisters too in sha Allah.
