You have prepared well, and you know everything. Now, just relax and take proper rest before the exam. Wishing you all the best!
Here are some important reminders for the exam day:
Before the Exam:
1. Reach Early: Plan to reach the exam center at least one hour before the exam starts.
2. Stay Calm: Once you reach the center, don’t revise or discuss subjects with others. Just be calm and silent.
During the Exam:
3. Start with the Right Section:
If you are good at Maths and Aptitude, start with the Aptitude section.
Otherwise, start with the Technical section.
4. Don’t Panic: If the first 2-3 questions are difficult, don’t get nervous. Move to the next question.
5. Read Carefully: Always read the question and options properly before solving. This helps in choosing the right approach.
6. Time Management:
Solve easy questions first (within 1-2 minutes).
Recheck your answer within 5 to 10 seconds before saving.
If a question takes 3-5 minutes, mark it for later and don’t waste time in the first 90 minutes.
7. Mark for Later: For long and time-consuming MCQs:
Instead of using the software’s marking feature, write the question numbers on rough paper.
8. Elimination Method:
For MCQ, If you can eliminate two wrong options and other two options even some confusion, try to attempt the question instead of leaving.
For MCQ, If the question is completely unknown, leave it to avoid negative marking.
Attempt all MSQ and NTQ because of no negative marking.
9. Avoid Silly Mistakes: Always double-check your calculations before finalizing an answer.
Mindset During Exam:
10. Accuracy Over Speed:
Focus more on accuracy than speed.
But don’t waste too much time on any question.
11. Don’t Be Emotional:
If a question from your favorite subject is taking too much time, leave it or mark it for later.
Don’t get stuck thinking, “I must solve this question anyhow.”
