| 2 | 1. It sounds like they made the effort personal, and all against one, and are now vilifying the one. I've seen that kind of thing in a jury. I didn't like it and tried to work around that, and we got a verdict in the end.
2. There were TWO NURSES on the jury. Two big pHarma people, likely, in a case involving prescription drugs. So...they probably became "the experts", too. 🤔👇 | 6 |

| 10 | "Approximately 8,200 Michiganders who recently applied for or renewed an enhanced driver’s license or state ID received a misprinted card in the mail this week. The misprints are the result of an error by our vendor Idemia. The error affected a batch of licenses and IDs printed on Aug. 26, 2026.
The misprinted licenses/IDs have a stock photo and date of birth printed in the lower right-hand corner instead of the cardholder’s information. The misprinted information is generic and is not the information of another resident.
We have already sent new, corrected cards to everyone who received a misprinted license or ID. People who got a misprinted license don’t have to take any action at this time because they will automatically get a new card in the mail. Affected customers can also go online or visit a Secretary of State branch office in person to print a temporary license/ID to use while they wait for a new card. | 17 |  Three masked teens showed up at a Georgia home around 4 A.M. to rob the people outside. One opened fire. The homeowner FIRED BACK.
Investigators said the teens, ages 15 and 16, approached three people outside the home wearing masks. One pulled out a handg*n and fired at the residents before the homeowner returned fire.
All three suspected robbers were k*lled. This story is worth remembering - this is why we MUST protect our Second Amendment rights!
Deputies recovered two g*ns, and Sheriff Eric Levett said investigators were looking at the case under Georgia's stand-your-ground law. The homeowner was not charged at the time.
He did not choose when three masked, armed people showed up at his home in the middle of the night.
He DID have a choice about whether he would defend the people standing there with him.
Remember this one the next time someone tells you the right to defend your home and family doesn't matter. | 16 |
| 18 |  The Minneapolis police chief testified under oath that officers were not trained to restrain suspects by placing a knee on their neck. But pages from Derek Chauvin’s training manual—later displayed by his mother—show that officers were in fact taught this technique.
Those pages were removed from the online manual after George Floyd’s death, so the public, and more importantly the jury, never saw them.
Another training slide shows the same knee placement and instructs officers to call an ambulance.
What most people don’t know is that officers requested one approximately 30 seconds after Floyd was placed on the ground.
If Chauvin was trained to use this restraint, why wasn’t the jury shown those pages of his training manual?

| 19 |  HE WAS REMOVED FROM AMERICA SIX TIMES, came back AGAIN and later s*xually assaulted a severely disabled woman in Michigan. Then a federal judge gave him roughly five months of time served in his illegal reentry case.
Edys Renan Membreño Díaz had already been sentenced to six to 15 years in state prison for s*xually assaulting a woman with cerebral palsy and cognitive disabilities.
His separate federal case was for illegally returning to the United States after six prior removals.
Prosecutors wanted additional prison time.
Judge Judith Levy instead sentenced him to roughly five months of time served and praised him for supporting his family and working “jobs that Americans apparently do not want to work in.”
Then she told him, “I commend you.” WTH is going on with these judges?
Six removals had already failed. He came back again. A profoundly vulnerable woman became his victim.
And somehow the federal sentencing hearing ended with praise for HIM.
