#article20 IMPORTANT FOR CDS 2 Seventh Schedule🔥 * The seventh schedule under Article 246 of the constitution deals with the division of powers between the union and the states. * It contains three lists- Union List, State List and Concurrent List. * The union list details the subjects on which Parliament may make laws while the state list details those under the purview of state legislatures. * The concurrent list on the other hand has subjects in which both Parliament and state legislatures have jurisdiction. However the Constitution provides federal supremacy to Parliament on concurrent list items in case of a conflict. @examground @dailynewscom @beingafauji IMPORTANT😱

It is a Swiss air quality technology company specialising in protection against airborne pollutants, and developing air quality monitoring and air cleaning products. Project RE-HAB The forest authorities intend to mitigate human-elephant conflict by installing bee boxes along the periphery of the forest and the villages under the Project RE-HAB. Project RE-HAB Project RE-HAB stands for Reducing Elephant-Human Attacks using Bees. It is an initiative of the Khadi and Village Industries Commission (KVIC). It intends to create "bee fences" to thwart elephant attacks in human habitations using honeybees. Bee boxes have been placed on the ground as well as hung from the trees. The boxes are connected with a string so that when elephants attempt to pass through, a tug causes the bees to swarm the elephant herds and dissuade them from progressing further. This idea stems from the elephants' proven fear of the bees. Areas covered by the project The pilot project was launched at four locations around Chelur village in the Kodagu district of Karnataka. These spots are located on the periphery of Nagarahole National Park and Tiger Reserve, known conflict zones. Benefits offered The biggest advantage of Project RE-HAB is that it dissuades elephants without causing any harm to them. It is extremely cost-effective as compared to various other measures such as digging trenches or erecting fences. 🍁🍁🍁🍁🍁🍁🍁🍁🍁🍁 Join >> @dailynewscom Join >> @examground

#article19 IMPORTANT FOR CDS 2 Monetary Policy * The Reserve Bank of India (RBI) uses monetary policy to control inflation, interest rates, supply of money and credit availability. * The RBI has a government-constituted Monetary Policy Committee (MPC) which is tasked with framing monetary policy using tools like the repo rate, reverse repo rate, bank rate, Cash Reserve Ratio (CRR). * The repo rate, also known as the policy rate, is the interest rate at which the RBI provides loans to banks. * The reverse repo is the rate at which commercial banks park their money with the central bank. * Bank rate is the rate charged by the RBI for lending funds to commercial banks. * Cash Reserve Ratio: Banks are required to hold a certain proportion of their deposits in the form of cash. This minimum ratio (that is the part of the total deposits to be held as cash) is stipulated by the RBI and is known as the CRR. # Using any of these instruments will lead to changes in the interest rate, or the money supply in the economy. * Increasing money supply and reducing interest rates indicate an expansionary monetary policy. The reverse of this is a contractionary monetary policy. * RBI reviews its monetary policy every two months. @examground @dailynewscom @beingafauji IMPORTANT😱
