CPL Manohar Aich, India’s second Mr Universe. He was only 4 ft 11 in tall and was given the nickname “Pocket Hercules” within the strongman community. A former RAF Corporal, Manohar Aich was introduced to bodybuilding by his CO, Reuben Aich. Fun Fact : Manohar Aich was jailed by the British for a period of time for slapping a superior officer, who happened to be British.

MiG-21 was the 1st combat aircraft of non-Western origin in the IAF inventory. A batch of 08 IAF pilots, led by Wg Cdr Dilbagh Singh (later CAS) arrived at Frunze, Kyrghistan on 09 Oct 1962, then moving to Lungovaya, Kazakhstan for conversion training on MiG-21.
