26/F Hi Everyone, I have been working here for last 8 months. The work is so hectic and has pushed me into depression. I have asked for a project release earlier and they have put me into another project within the same account. The situation is same here as well. I have been looking for a release from the account (It's one of the top accounts of HydSEZ but still I feel uncomfortable here). When I asked for release from this current project as well, they're saying we'll give release but they're not ensuring me that. Only in words they're saying they'll look into it. How do I get a release from the account? Will I get it if I stop working and attending calls?

22/M I have broke my laptop left ctrl key dell latitude 5420, what to do now, if I raise AHD for this do I need go to DC and replace it?

25/M Hello busy boys and beautiful girls, Hope everyone is doing great!! Recently got selected in infy as a senior systems engineer and i have around 35months of experience, and i got around 33% hike. How many months of experience i need to promote as a associate consultant????….my friend has selected in infy as a associate consultant and he has only 30months of experience, why they selected me as SSE and why they selected him as a associate consultant???? Can someone say how many months i need to work as SSE to become a associate consultant? Hope I will get answer. Take care guys😊

Don't wait or expect Hike letters in this month - June. As per recent mails and few internal communications every eligible employee will receive their Hike Letter somewhere around 2nd Week of July (anywhere between July 1st to July 20th)
