Don’t mess up the balances in the body. Copper is helpful to our health too. I also have a hunch that Copper can help block EMF damage even tho they don’t say that in this video. Some blood types require more copper than others. So each person taking zinc shouldn’t do so unless they monitor their levels in blood. Copper deficiency can cause cognitive decline among other things.
