Amir 'Junud al-Shaam' Muslim Shishani made great efforts to resolve the conflict between the factions of the 'Firm Stand' and HTS. Negotiations were held with Sheikh Abdulrezakz al-Mahdi, who brought the requirements to the respected leaders of HTS. Sheikh calls on all Muslims of Sham to refrain from bloodshed. However, when providing force intervention, the 'Firm Stand' operations room will not remain aloof and offer due resistance, as it will not allow humiliation on the part of those who received orders from Turkey.

To preserve the blood of Muslims and to glorify the command of Allah. All praise is to Allah, peace and mercy on His prophet and his family, friends and followers. As to what follows: We ask HTS to stop the arrests and murders of Muslim defenders of Sham. If there is evidence of their guilt, we ask that they be provided to the people to stop the turmoil among Muslims. But if HTS plan to simply seize the territory of the 'Firm Stand' operations room, our warriors will put up further resistance.

يبذل أمير "جنؤد الشام" جهوداً مضنية من أجل تسوية النزاع بين غرفة عمليات "فأثبتوا و"هيئة تحرير الشام". في هذا الخصوص أجريت مفاوضات مع الشيخ "عبد الرزاق المهدي" الذي نقل المطالب إلى قادة "هيئة تحرير الشام" المحترمين. يوجه الشيخ الدعوة إلى كافة مسلمي الشام التوقف عن سفك الدماء. لكن في حال التدخل بقوة فإن غرفة عمليات لـ "فأثبتوا لن يقف على الحياد وسيبدي المقاومة اللازمة من أجل التوقف عن تلقي الإذلال والإهانات من الأشخاص الذين يتلقون الأوامر من تركيا.

نطلب من هيئة تحرير الشام منع والتوقف عن اعتقال المدافعين الحقيقيين عن مسلمي الشام. في حالة وجود أدلة على اتهامهم فإننا نطالب بتقديمهم للشعب من أجل إيقاف الفتنة في صفوف المسلمين. أما في حال كانت "هيئة تحرير الشام" تخطط احتلال منطقة غرفة عمليات "فأثبتوا عندها سيبدي مقاتلونا مقاومة ضدهم.

Doctor Hani al-Sibai: Release your brother Tauqir Sharif who is known as Abu Husam al-Britani and all your brothers detained in Idlib in Shaam. Peace, greetings and honor for the helpers of Islam's peak. Lowliness, humiliation and disgrace on those who rejected Islam's peak while able. I say, after praising Allah & seeking His help: The Aqidah & manners of your brother who is detained in Idlib, Tauqir Sharif otherwise known as Abu Husam al-Britani, have been praised by virtuous & trustworthy non-Arab & Arab brothers in Britain who know him & who I have personally known for years. They bear witness to his trustworthiness & courteous manners. He left Britain voluntarily despite the ease of living & the comfort out of love for his Deen & to help the oppressed. Abu Husam made hijra to Shaam with his family some years ago. The bulk of his interests was in aid work; orphans, widows, the elderly & the poor Muslims from the people of Shaam. What lofty aid work it is! The British government stripped him of his nationality so that he may not return to them. But he did not pay heed to that oppressive decision, rather he preferred to live with bombardment, destruction, burning, killing, exiling & among scattered body parts! Abu Husam al-Britani preferred to live in roughness rather than luxury! He preferred to share in the greviances of the people of Shaam, and how many they are! He preferred to share in their joyous occasions, how rare they are! And now he has been arrested for so-called security reasons! The correct thing to do would have been to present him to an impartial Sharia judge who has full right to give permission for an arrest or to deny it! Even if he were to order his arrest based on, for example, the seriousness of the accusations, he should be presented to the judge to defend himself! However for him to be first arrested, humiliated & shaken then be presented to the judge is not something even the non-Muslim systems do as the security forces first get the permission of the judge then arrest the person in question then present him to the court to defend himself! Aren't we the people of Islam who should be the first people to take these procedures instead of this despotism & oppression?! What kind of oppression is the oppression of Muslim brothers against each other! O you who control Idlib, O you who arrested your brothers, you can see the enemies of Islam surrounding you aiming to eradicate you! So who is more of a priority to arrest & eradicate, the enemies of Islam or your brothers who disagreed with you? You know you are in a land of war & the enemies are awaiting your misfortunes! Is it from Islamic politics to arrest your brothers in these difficult days?! Aren't there any wise people to rebuff these troublemakers & report writers who instigate on your brothers to achieve the satisfaction of the leader or chieftain! Is Allah pleased by what some of you do to subdue others?! Beware of the arrows of the night for they will hit their target eventually. Beware of the dua of the oppressed, as mentioned in the Sahihs of Bukhari and Muslim: 'Beware of the supplication of the oppressed; for indeed there is no barrier between it and Allah.' The Lord of the worlds has forbidden oppression for Himself as mentioned in the Sahih: I have forbidden oppression for Myself, and I have made it forbidden amongst you, so do not oppress one another. Whoever doesn't take the night dua of the oppressed person seriously has exposed himself to destruction! Do not be deluded by your power or numbers! Hasten towards releasing your brother Abu Husam al-Britani & all your brothers detained recently even if they disagreed with you. Let your problems be solved by reform & ruling with Sharia. We ask Allah to bring your hearts together on the truth, to amend that which is between you and to relieve me, you and every distressed and trialed person from trouble, grief and sadness. كلمة للدكتور هاني السباعي بشأن اعتقال توقير شريف أي 'أبو حسام البريطاني' من قبل أمنيي هيئة تحرير الشام: 📙 كلمة ع الماشي 🎯 أطلقوا سراح أخيكم 📌توقير شريف المعروف بأبي حسام البريطاني وسائر إخوانكم المعتقلين بإدلب بالشام د. هاني السباعي سلام وتحية وعزة وكرامة لأنصار ذروة سنام الإسلام. وخسة وخساسة وذلة ومهانة لمن أعرض وهو قادر عن ذروة سنام الإسلام. أقول بحمد الله مستعيناً به سبحانه وتعالى: ✍️ لقد أثني على عقيدة أخيكم المعتقل بإدلب؛ توقير شريف المعروف بأبي حسام البريطاني، وعلى أخلاقه؛ إخوة أعاجم وعرب فضلاء ثقات؛ أعرفهم في بريطانيا شخصياً منذ أعوام وهم ويعرفونه.ويشهدون بأمانته ودماثة أخلاقه ✍️ لقد ترك بريطانيا ـ رغم سعة العيش والراحة ـ طواعية، محباً لدينه وناصراً للمظلومين. هاجرأبو حسام بأهله إلى الشام منذ سنوات. كان جل اهتمامه إغاثة؛ اليتامى، والأرامل، والعجائز، وفقراء المسلمين من أهل الشام. أكرم بها من إغاثة!. ✍️ لقد جردته الحكومة البريطانية من جنسيته؛ لكي لا يعود مرة أخرى إليهم؛ فلم يعبأ بذلك القرار الظالم، وآثر أن يعيش في ظل القصف والهدم ووالتحريق والتقتيل والتشريد وأشلاء الدماء!. ✍️ آثر ابو حسام البريطاني الشظف على الترف! آثر أن يتقاسم مع أهل الشام أتراحهم وما أكثرها! وأفراحهم وما أندرها!. ✍️ ثم ها هو ذا يعتقل بمزاعم أمنية! كان الأوجب أن تعرض أولاً على قاض شرعي منصف له كامل الصلاحية بإعطاء إذن الاعتقال من عدمه! وحتى لو أمر باعتقاله نظراً لجدية التهم مثلاً! فإنه يعرض على القاضي ليدافع عن نفسه! أما أن يعتقل أولاً ويهان ويروع ثم يعرض على القاضي!؛ فهذا لا تفعله الأنظمة غير المسلمة؛ حيث يحصل الامن على إذن القاضي أولاً ثم يعتقلونه! ويعرضونه على المحكمة ليدافع عن نفسه! أليس نحن أهل الإسلام؛ أولى باتخاذ مثل هذه الإجراءات! بدلاً من هذا التعسف والظلم؟! وأي ظلم! ظلم إخوة الإسلام بعضهم لبعض!. ✍️ لا أريد أن أطيل ـ ففي فمي ماء!: ✍️ يا من تيسطرون على إدلب يا من اعتقلتم إخوانكم .. يا رعاكم الله ها أنتم أولاء ترون أعداء الإسلام يحطيون بكم بغية استئصالكم! فمن أولى بالاعتقال والاستئصال؛ أعداء الإسلام أم أخوانكم وإن اختلفوا معكم! أنتم تعلمون أنكم في أرض حرب، وأن الاعداء يتربصون بكم الدوائر! ✍️ فهل من السياسة الشرعية أن تعتقلوا إخوانكم في مثل هذه الأيام العصيبة؟! أليس منكم أهل رشد لردع هؤلاء "البصاصين" وكتبة التقارير الذين يحرضون على إخوانكم لنيل رضا القائد أو الزعيم! ✍️ هل يرضي الله تعالى ما يفعله بعضكم في قهر بعض؟! ✍️ يا رعاكم الله .. اتقوا سهام الأسحار فإنها تصيب هدفها ولو بعد حين. ✍️ اتقوا دعوة المظلوم ففي الصحيحين: (واتق دعوة المظلوم، فإنه ليس بينها وبين الله حجاب). لقد حرم رب العالمين الظلم على نفسه كما في الصحيح: (إني حرمت الظلم على نفسي وجعلته بينكم محرماً فلا تظالموا). فمن يستخف بدعوة المظلوم ساعة السحر فقد عرض نفسه للهلكة!. ✍️ يا رعاكم الله .. لا تغرنكم قوتكم ولا جمعكم!.. بادروا بإطلاق سراح أخيكم أبي حسام البريطاني، وكل إخوانكم المعتقلين مؤخراً وإن اختلفوا معكم.. وليكن في الإصلاح أو التحكيم الشرعي سعة لحل مشاكلكم. ✍️ نسأل الله العظيم أن يؤلف بين قلوبكم على كلمة الحق، وأن يصلح ذات بينكم، وأن يفرج عنا وعنكم وعن كل مكروب ومبتلى الغموم والهموم والأحزان، وأن يكفينا الله تعالى، وإياكم وأمة الإسلام شر أعداء الإسلام وأهل الضلال بما شاء وكيف شاء. ✍️ د. هاني السباعي 9 ذو القعدة 1441هـ الموافق 30 يونية 2020
