PERFORMA The college level will constitute a 3 min vedio to be uploaded through a link at goggle forms attached below which will be sorted and selected . Amongst all the participants only 3 winners is to be selected and 2 consolidation from each college. 3 winners will participate in the main event to be held at Patna university. The dissision of the judges will be final and no objections could be raised . The topics for the 3 min vedio are 1. Educational reforms with respect to new education policy 2. Youth participation in governance 3. Youth unemployment and skill development 4. Digital literacy and technology adoption Anyone topic is to be choosed by the individual. The winners {3} will be called to speak in the main event at Patna university and the 2 consolidations will also have to come to the programme for taking their certificate . The list of winners of the programme will be sent through appropriate means . Please fill the google form link attached.

The programme will be conducted in two phases • College level screening {online mode} • University level The college level screening will last 2 days 09-08-2023 to 10-08-2023 in online mode.
