[Quick Update] Hey guys! As said earlier, the packages are still going out on a first come first serve basis. Note that when the schwags claim emails were going out, the emails also went out in batches and the first set of emails was sent to the first milestone students only and hence they are receiving the prizes first. So based on that, whenever you have ordered the schwags, you too will be getting it on a first come first serve basis. Hope this helps everyone :) Durgacharan Nayak

[Quick Update] The shipments will start very soon in this week. 1. The shipments will go out in batches i.e. 500-600 schwag kits every day. 2. The shipments will be sent out on first-come first-serve basis i.e. whoever ordered their schwags first, their order will be sent out first. 3. Once the schwags gets shipped, students will automatically receive an email and/or a SMS notifying them about the same and how can they track it. 4. Again, reemphasising that not everyone will receive the schwags at the same time even if they get shipped at the same time as certain delays maybe added due to the on-ground pandemic situation. Please feel free to share this information with your friends and ask them to wait for an email/SMS from the supplier. Hey Everyone 👋 Answers for the frequently asked questions related to Career Readiness Program Q1) Is it mandatory to do certification in same email id through which we have registered to program? Ans. The students will only be able to access the coursera program using the email ID which was registered, regardless of whether it's their institutional email ID or personal email address. Though, They can take the ACE certification exam with whichever email ID that they want. Q2) Does coursera account should also be with same mail id registered for program? Ans. Yes it will have to be with the same email ID as that's the email where they have received the invitation. Q3) Whether we have a total of 4 months from today to complete the specialization on coursera, or 4 months from the day we enroll into the specialization? Ans. The students will have 4 months starting today. Q4) Any last date of enrollment on coursera? Ans. The invitation for the program is only valid for 2 weeks (14 days) after which it will expire and students will not be able to join. See you in the cloud ☁️ Durgacharan Nayak

Query answered Under the program, the students will receive FREE access to Qwiklabs and the Coursera specialization. If the students wants to take the ACE certification exam after that, which is OPTIONAL to graduate from the program, they will receive a 50% discount on the first attempt as part of the program and will have to pay the other 50% + GST. [Imp Announcement] Emails regarding the career readiness program going out tomorrow ✔ Hey everyone! I know most of you have been wondering about the Google Cloud career readiness program. Google Cloud Team will be sending the career readiness email to all the students who achieved their ultimate milestone tomorrow morning. A few things to note for students: ✔ There are only 1000 seats in the program and the seats will be filled on a first-come first-serve basis. Whoever fills the Google Form in the email first from their registered email ID and if they come under the first 1000 seats, then they will receive the invitation for the program by Monday (12th July 2021 11:59 PM IST) next week. ✔ If any student DOES NOT receive an email invitation by Monday, then unfortunately that student did not fall under the first 1000 seats or might have filled the form with an unregistered email ID and thus was not selected. ✔ Please note that the program will require utmost commitment from the students and while some of you would immediately fill the form, you might later decide to not continue and vacate the seat for some other student who might be more interested. In such scenario - please fill the form again but this time decline the TnCs on the form and re-submit it. Only the student's latest response will be taken into account. Please note that Google is sending out the "Schwags Ordering" email in batches and not everyone will get the email at the same time. I filled the "Schwags Claim" form before my friend, but still he got the "Schwags Ordering" email and I didn't, why is that? A. Hi there! I submitted my order in the portal but I did not receive an email confirmation regarding it. What to do? A. Hi there! Please note that the "Schwags Ordering" platform called Printo, does NOT send out any confirmation emails once you place your order. If you wish to confirm whether your order was received by the platform or not, you can just navigate back to your unique "Schwags Ordering" URL and confirm the headline - "Your gift is on the way" along with your name and provided address. Q. How can I track the shipment of my schwags? A. Hi there! The "Schwags Ordering" platform called Printo does not provide live tracking of your schwags at the moment. Note that once your schwags get shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking instructions. So please wait for the same and keep an eye out for that email. Q. By when should I expect my schwags to be delivered A. Hi there! Due to the current COVID situation across the country, all major delivery partners have been affected due to which your shipment of schwags can take 1-2 months. So please be patient and do not worry as you will surely receive your prizes and Google is trying to get them to you as soon as possible. Q. By mistake I submitted the wrong details on the platform, is there something I can do to get this fixed? A. Hi there! We are really sorry but as per the rules of the program, every winner is only entitled to 1 "Schwags Ordering" URL and unfortunately Google won't be able to issue another URL to you. ℹ️ How to fill the form:- 1. Only fill the form using the email ID where you receive the email. Any other email will not be recognised. 2. The form will request you to enter your name be extra careful while filling it out. 3. The form will request you to provide delivery address. Carefully Enter your postal address with the pincode and phone number in the same provided space. Note~ Use that postal address, only in which you will be there after 2-3 months to receive goodies. 4. In select your institution name. Select your own institution name. If it's not there then select others and in next field write your own institution name. Note:- If you have selected your referral Institution's name then there's no issue. You can do that too. ✔ When should you expect to receive the UNIQUE URL to order the schwags? You will be receiving your UNIQUE URL to order schwags in 7-14 days once you fill the claim/feedback form.
