Flipped short for a scalp 1207 target

Strong areas of demand for $btc at 17200. $eth is just going to follow what $btc does. My belief, while there are areas of demand, they won’t get tapped during the week unless the S&p 500 moves it there. If we are close enough during the weekend (for ex current price) then we will chase the liquidity over the weekend.

Thoughts on trading this month atm: - this market is heavily correlated with the S&P 500 - you can use ta in crypto atm to determine strength of moves (ex. Longing $eth two days ago on double bottom had more ROI since it didn’t break market structure as hard as $btc) - dxy is still correlated with $btc strength on moves but not as volatile anymore (jpy x dxy decoupling this week) - focus more on understanding demand zones and how they relate to your trade. - when short, focus more on other alts then $eth as roi is just higher. (ESP if you are not playing with major capital on your short, ex. 100k shouldn’t be used to lev on $eth when you can take a 3-5x short on $link, $crv, $sushi, $0x, $uni, which are all $eth defi coins with good liquidity around 30-50m daily traded volume) - cpi was bullish then fomc was bearish, causing a higher net bearish market. (This could be due to tax loss harvesting)
