#blacklist hello i am here to blacklist @kawasmilkbread (running the channel @kawasmilkbreads), both as a seller and as a buyer. please note that although i was unhappy with her about many personal issues, this post will focus only on her attitude as a buyer/seller. i'm also unhappy about the way she and her mom treats clar and other buyers but this post will only focus on my experience. her as a buyer: - she was late for one hour for our meetup. she did not even take the initiative to tell me she would be late, only after multiple prompts from me. she first said she would be late 15 mins, then she would stop replying. after prompting, she said she needed another 15 minutes, and so on. - on her channel she said that payment has to be made within 24 hours. her payments to me took days, or even weeks, and i had to prompt multiple times. please note that this was hundreds of dollars, not a small sum. - she "forgot" she had a meetup with a seller. i had to fix her problem by asking the seller to come all the way to jurong point from bugis. she did not apologise to the seller or thanked me. her as a seller: - she would take payments from us and told us that she ordered the items already. however, when confronted later, she then admitted that she did not order the items. if we didn't keep track of our orders, our money would just be gone. - same point above, i ordered $400+ worth of manga from her and paid. she repeatedly said it was ordered but was unable to produce payment proof. she ended up refunding me instead after weeks of "ordering". - some of her items claimed official were not. for example, the big bakugou nitotan plush that i paid $230 for was not authentic. i only realised when i asked for authenticity proof. she did refund me after that but imagine if i did not request for this proof...? - because of this, i questioned the authenticity of her other items. this led to her mom calling me to threaten to sue me. apparently her mom has been ordering the goods for her and her mom had authenticity proof for some of her items. instead of calmly sending us the authenticity proof, she threatened me when this was a problem that arised from the miscommunication between her and her mom. - lastly i was not aware that she was purchasing from taobao. putting authenticity aside (taobao goods can be official if you know what you're doing), taobao has a long waiting time because the goods need to be shipped from japan > china > singapore. the stock is also not guaranteed. lets say you ordered an item that goes oos, the item might never be re-released and your price is going to increase. furthermore, she never stated the estimated time of arrival for the items / if her items are pre-order, etc. lastly she has refunded me the required amount which is over $1k. however, i had to dig through group chats and pms just to find out what i ordered, had to prompt her so many times for her refund, and i got threatened. her attitude was really rude too. overall just a bad buyer/seller experience. i would never want to deal with her again which is why i'm posting this blacklist. i want you all to have smooth, positive transactions with reliable sellers which is why this post is going up. 🍙 tuna mayo 🍙 @jinxkitty if you want to comfort me from this traumatic experience
