Yesterday started at around 1.14 USD and rose from there. So its pretty much certain that there would have to be a positive rebase. Ampleforth's own oracle says as much too (1.176 USD) . You can check on the dashboard. The other two oracles (chainlink and tellor) disagree though and give a neutral value (1.122 USD). How they arrive at such a low price I have no idea.
