Interesting note on 2000 Russian pedo-snuff scandal and the alleged black network investigated by Mario Ferraro (d. 1996 by suicide), both brought out by Torre Annuziata prosecutor Alfredo Ormanni, who later came under trouble for alleged questionable investigative practices:

Download Rogue Agents here as well, just a reminder. Excellent book on the Cercle complex, a central milieux behind the operations at the AESP in Belgium during the 1970s
Karl Friederich Grau, a strange man with a rather bizarre death in 1984. He was a member of the AESPâs Study Commission throughout the 1970s, alongside Henry Wynants and many others. He would be joined later in the â70s here by Baron de Bonvoisin, Ernest Tottosy and others.
Important article in Dutch on Douglas MacArthur II, who was involved with the European Institute of Management (EIM), in alleged private intelligence operation that took over the operations of the Public Information Office (PIO). Source: ISGP Studies
Itâs that time of year where the conspiracy community goes into a frenzy over the Bilderberg Group. Check their website for more info about the 2023 meeting set to taking place in Lisbon, Portugal, from May 18 to 21

I may run through the attendee list and make a quick info list for each member
REVISIT: Important quote from article on Baron de Bonvoisin, recall thatâs the PIO and EIM were interrelated, âInterestingly, men as General MacArthur I, General Singlaub, Ray Cline and several others largely stood at the foundation of the formation of WACL. These men were connected with the American Security Council (ASC), of which many members supported the Sun Myung Moon (Moonie cult). Another interesting fact are the connections of Le Cercle to WACL and its Belgian branch and de Bonvoisin of the MAUE. Ray Cline once stated that Bougerol received counter insurgency training in the US. It has been reported that Arnaud de Borchgrave, a supporter of the Moonies, introduced Bougerol to de Bonvoisin, and later became a contact along with Robert Moss to the PIO. It has also been said that de Borchgrave was de Bonvoisinâs contact to the CIA. Oddly, Baroness Sheri de Borchgrave, wrote in a book that her husband Jacques de Borchgrave had been introducing her to group sex parties and had a demonic-like alter personality which could be easily triggered. A Marquess de Patenos (Marquess de Trazegnies) also said in the book that while being shown around a castle by aunt Helene, she said that: âYou would just love the parties he throws here, ma cherie. But it will take years until your inhibitions are dissolved enough to attend one of them. Theyâre unforgettably naughty.â Coincidentally, it was reported in the X-dossiers that Prince Alexandre de Merode, one of the central figures in Satanic ritual abuse accounts, was overheard talking on the phone with a member of the de Borchgrave family. Furthermore, MacAthur II, a supporter of the Moonies, served on the board of the Washington lobbying firm Hill & Knowlton, which was founded and headed by Robert Keith Gray. In 1966, Gray was a key founder of the George Town Club and he was linked to the Franklin/Craig Spence child abuse scandal. Gray was reportedly a specialist in homosexual blackmail operations for the CIA, something Roy Cohn and subsequently Edwin Wilson (MKULTRA-linked) took over. Cohn was an International director at the Western Goals Foundation, which has involved Le Cercle and ASC members. Cohn was also reportedly involved in Permindex, which also involved Clay Shaw, a suspect in the JFK assassination and someone who was in contact with the House of Savoy, Borghese and Chimay families. Is it a coincidence that at Chateau de Chimay, the Lippens brothers, including 1001 Club member count Leopold Lippens, was accused of being involved in child hunting events in the woods; and the owners of Permindex and EIM were members of the 1001 Club? The accused pedophile Jim Garrison even suppressed the fact of the bizarre sexual preferences of Clay Shaw when he searched his New Orleans home, in which hooks suspended from the ceiling with bloody palm prints were found. What the hell has been going on?â

This author would like to point out this chart by ISGP Studies, sense it covers many groups of particular interest to CD. Articles specifically on Dutroux, Nihoul and Tony have been published, as well as a Gang of Nijvel post which details Group and some of the related groups as Group M, Front de la Jeunesse of Francis Dossogne. Following this trail we came to articles on Baron de Bonvoisin and Paul Vanden Boeynants. We also covered nightclubs Les Atrebates, The Dolo and Le Mirano, the latter of which brought us to the Cercle des Nations with its close ties the Pink Ballets and Pinon Affairs. Currently, CD is working on this upper echelon, which has been a slow work on progress for over a year at this point, beginning with the Academie Europeenne des Sciences Politiques (AESP).
Revisit: Le Mirano nightclub was one of the most notorious places in Brussels. A symbol of Belgian nightlife during the Cold War, its founder took inspiration from New York club Studio 54. In the early 1980s, a scandal broke out the revealed evidence of blackmail operations and a clandestine paedophile network involving Philippe Cryns, a member of the Cercle des Nations. The facts were ignored in the trial. Juan Mendez allegedly claimed that the key to the Gang of Nijvel case could be found at the club, he was later murdered apparently by Madani Bouhouche. In the 1990s, the club was named by victim-witness X2 in the X-dossiers.

Otto von Habsburg, a year before becoming head of the Paneuropa Union (PEU). Since 1969, he was a Life Member of the AESP in Belgium.

REPOST:
âIn Belgium there have been numerous prominent clubs, but one appears to stand out in particular from the rest: the Cercle des Nations. Centered in Brussels, its scope was truly international, but also curiously aligned with the Conservative establishment. The club was followed up in the 1990s-2010s by the Cercle de Lorraine. Then aligned more with the Liberal establishment of the EU, the latter became known as the most exclusive club in Belgium. The club ceased to exist in 2020-2021, with the development of the global Coronavirus pandemic.
Sources about this club in English were hard to come by, the only significant source being ISGP Studies of Joel van der Reijden. ISGP provided most of the key information and names involved with the club, but sources in foreign languages were essential to filling in the picture. The Bende van Nijvel / Tueurs Brabant forums were helpful, but I still needed more. I then searched through David Teacherâs âRogue Agents,â availed at ISGP. Teacherâs work was incredibly valuable and led to the equally important work of Klaartjie Schrijvers, who provided additional information, including a list of members and the companies they represented at the Cercle. Shrijvers acquired these names from a full membership list from the 1980-â81 period, which she found in the archives of Walter De Bock.â

Raymond Abellio and Jean Parvulesco, two curious characters with influence on Alexander Dugin. Abellio was a member of the X-Crise, MSR and GRECE; and was said to be a friend of Antoine Pinay. Parvu was also a GRECE member, linked to the OAS and had numerous interesting contacts, from Otto Skorzeny to Julius Evola.
Two key figures behind the founding of the Synarchist Movement of Empire (SME): Victor Blanchard (1878-1953) and Vivian Postel du Mas. In 1922, Blanchard had set up the Ordre Martiniste et Synarchie (OMS) and by 1933 became President/Grand Master of the Brotherhood Polaires. Another Polaires member was du Mas, who in 1936-1937 founded the Kurushétra branch of the Theosophical Society. Both points have been named as responsible for the establishment of the SME.
Ferdinand Ossendowski (1876-1945) was the Polish author of âBeast, Men and Godsâ in 1922, which was said to have inspired the creation of the Brotherhood Polaires, apparently in 1929 by the Italians Mario Fille and Cesare Accomani.
Robert Ambelain (1907-1997), was a Mason involved with Martinism and the Rite of Memphis-Misraim. This is a later photo of him
