If a student clears G1 in Nov 23 & fails to clear G2 or vice versa, May 24 to be written in New Syllabus. However, Online modules to be completed before applying for membership
If a student fails to clear both the groups in Nov 23, May 24 to be written under New Syllabus post completion of Online Modules.

ICAI Papers for Final Exams from May 24:
Group 1
Paper 1 - Financial Reporting
Paper 2 - Strategic Financial Management
Paper 3 - Advanced Auditing and Professional Ethics
Group 2
Paper 4 - Direct Tax Laws
Paper 5 - Indirect Tax Laws
Paper 6 - Integrated Business Solutions*
Paper 6 - Integrated Business Solutions to be an Open Book Examination covering subjects such as Financial Reporting, Strategic Financial Management, Advanced Auditing and Professional Ethics, Corporate and Economic Laws, Strategic Cost Management and Performance Evaluation, Direct Tax Laws and Indirect Tax Laws.
Basically Paper 6 will be tricky as it'll have questions mixed from all the papers of existing syllabus except Paper 6 elective.
