In private question Hello engineers..we are facing an issue in *Micom p44t relay*..we are getting an alarm of *"NIC NO RESPONSE"* ..after this alarm we are not able to communicate with relay through LAN untill we restart the relay ...and this alarm we getting in every relay which we installed our sites (approx 80+ relays)...anyone have solution of this issue???? Ans : It’s required firmware to be updated for the communication card or replacement. Pls write to support line or contact vendor directly to resolve this issue before put this relay in service
