7 Stages of Change; Kubler-Ross Theory
π We all talk about change and the stages of change, but Kubler-Ross, in his theory, considers change to include seven stages that must be passed through over time.
β½οΈ1. Denial Stage
We have a behavior, morality, or attitude that we do not like, but because we do not know its origin or do not want to know and on the other hand we do not like its existence, we deny it.
β½οΈ2. Understanding Change Stage
The stage in which the veil of those things we once denied is lifted and something has happened that we can no longer return to the previous stage, which is denial.
β½οΈ3. Anger and Resistance Stage
At this stage, we will be faced with the question "Why?"
β½οΈ4. The letting go stage
After we have expressed our negative emotions and anger and somehow understood that this burden that is now in front of us is not going anywhere and has come with us and that is what it is and that we have been born, we have been raised in this society, we are now sharing these characteristics in appearance and inwardly...we let go of our own burden and even those around us.
β½οΈ5. The searching stage
We will step outside without any anger and just like a child who is a pure receiver, we will move forward to see what happens.
β½οΈ6. The stage of understanding the meaning of change
One day we had come to the conclusion that we had to change this burden and pressure and problem, but it took time to enter this stage from "I don't want this!"
to "What do I want? Why do I want it? And how should I change it?"
β½οΈ7. The Internalization Stage of Change
We have chosen our new path and given a certain shape and form to the burden we were carrying, but everything is dynamic and at any moment, if we are not careful, we will find ourselves back on previous paths and carrying additional burdens. What is required is to repeat and expand those new characteristics that we have consciously chosen. We put them in the circle of our thoughts, words and actions and rotate them until they become a part of us. π #Tip_of_the_day

In a predictive work environment, project managers are primarily responsible for
Integration Management by controlling the projectβs detailed planning and delivery.
In an Agile setting, who is responsible for managing integration?
