On October 7, Community of Practice (CoP) Cascade sessions were launched in all regions of Uzbekistan. More than 550 Regional Peer Mentors (RPMs) will conduct CoP sessions with more than 7000 Mentees through mid-December. The weekly CoP sessions serve as a forum where ESN Program Regional Peer Mentors facilitate meetings with Mentees to enhance each other’s professional development by sharing resources and teaching strategies. Prior to starting the CoP sessions, RPMs successfully finished 60 hours of a professional development cascading course based on TESOL International Association's The 6 Principles for Exemplary Teaching of English Learners and George Mason University's Teaching English Through English materials. RPMs also successfully took part in Training of Mentors (ToM) workshops conducted this August and September throughout Uzbekistan to prepare for the RPM- Mentee Cascading sessions.

✨Happy Wednesday!
We are happy to share that August was full of the Training of Mentors (ToM) sessions held in almost all regions of Uzbekistan. ESN Coaches and ESN Core Trainers facilitated the sessions for more than 500 Regional Peer Mentors (RPMs) in the Scientific Research Institutes named after A. Avloniy. It is worth to mention that some active and initiative RPMs provided a great support in facilitating the sessions.
We appreciate all efforts and hard work of ESN Coaches, Core Trainers and RPMs.
🍿Now enjoy the videos from ToM sessions conducted in Tashkent, Ishtikan (Samarkand) and Surkhandarya. We will keep you posted!
