Scott Schwab then brought in Connie Schmidt to run Joco's elections. She had a business relationship with KnowInk PollPads (used by Joco) and had previously worked in LA County, CA (where Konnech CEO was indicted) and Cook County, WA (mail ballot fraud central). Connie ran the 2020 election in Joco in 2020 and then was an appointed to a statewide roll by Schwab to train all 105 election clerks on how to run elections.
