Because Kobach promised to not investigate election fraud. He benefitted from it. Kobach was KS SOS when Johnson County contracted with Konnech (CCP spyware) and he was SOS when Johnson County switched to ES&S and it was a disastrous rollout. Just google "Johnson County, KS election 2018" and read the articles. Election Director, Ronnie Metzger, was railroaded and run out of office for the failed rollout. Scott Schwab then brought in Connie Schmidt to run Joco's elections. She had a business relationship with KnowInk PollPads (used by Joco) and had previously worked in LA County, CA (where Konnech CEO was indicted) and Cook County, WA (mail ballot fraud central). Connie ran the 2020 election in Joco in 2020 and then was an appointed to a statewide roll by Schwab to train all 105 election clerks on how to run elections.

So is Kobach. Completely ignored election fraud during his tenure as AG along with the CCP infiltrating Johnson County's elections w/ Konnech's software. He then did nothing when the KS SOS, Johnson County Chairman and Johnson County Elections Director conspired to destroy evidence during an active criminal investigation by the Johnson County Sheriff.

This water thing is what we are following presently and fighting and so is the fight on the Edgerton issue of boundaries. On dispute over 600 acres plus annexation. A.G. Kobach will go fight the court decision and we want him to win...because it is about FREEDOM with our property.

I received a copy of the email sent to parents from the Deputy superintendent of Olathe . They do not deny the accusations. They use fear mongering. We freedom lovers do not engage in the violence you see from the others ideology. We want conversations, truth, and the issue addressed. Transparency is needed. There is a simple fix.
