Hello All, Inter-University Accelerator Centre, New Delhi, has scheduled the next "One-week Training Program on Computer Interfaced Science Experiments" from September 23 to 28, 2024. College/university physics and electronics teachers are encouraged to apply. Selected candidates are provided with travel (Train AC-II Tier or equivalent as per rules) and lodging assistance (at IUAC Guest House). Students pursuing a Ph.D., M.Sc., or B.Tech may also apply, they will be provided with travel (Train AC-III Tier or equivalent) and lodging assistance (at IUAC Guest House). Local hospitality will be taken care of by IUAC for all short-listed participants. The programme will cover a variety of experiments using the ExpEYES interface and the Python programming language for science learning. It will also cover some radiation detection and analysis experiments. A registration fee of Rs. 3000.00 is to be paid by the short-listed participants as per the new guidelines. The Online Registration is open till 20 July 2024. Those who have attended the program earlier are requested to pass on this message to others.
