the format support should be : mpeg4, mp4, h264, 60fps, with maximum Res 1080P (16:9, 1:1, 4:3), maximum bitrate 49MB, and maximum file size 90MB
note : don't crop duration in Whatsapp, cs it'll make video got downscaled
