Swiss Government Excellence Scholarships 2026–2027 – Application Guidelines Dear Madam / Sir, Thank you for your interest in the Swiss Government Excellence Scholarships for Foreign Scholars. Kindly note the scholarship offer for 2026-2027 is online. Applicants must register directly via the SERI website using the GO ESKAS tool. Applications must from now on be submitted online using the Grants Online ESKAS (https://www.go.eskas.ch/) tool. Paper applications will no longer be accepted. 🌎 ‍The six top universities of the world 💡شش دانشگاه برتر یا تاپ سیکس: 🔹 علاوه بر رتبه بندی های سایت های مختلف، شش دانشگاه وجود دارند که به وضوح از نظر شهرت واعتبار و کارایی و...در جهان پیشتاز هستند و در جوامع علمی محبوب و مقبول ترند، این دانشگاه‌ها عبارتنداز: 1. Harvard University 2. Massachusetts Institute of Technology 3. University of Oxford 4. University of Cambridge 5. Stanford University 6. University of California, Berkeley 🔹 این دانشگاه‌ها برندهای جهانی هستند. دانشگاهی مثل هاروارد در واقع در  آسیا بیشتر از آمریکای شمالی محبوب ترست! اما اگر کمی عمیق تر به بررسی این دانشگاه ها بپردازیم، تفاوت های جالبی ظاهر می شوند. بطور کلی هاروارد همچنان پادشاه دانشگاه‌هاست، پس از آن چهار دانشگاه با نمرات تقریباً مشابه و سپس برکلی در رتبه های بعدی قرار دارند. اما وقتی آن را بر اساس مناطق تقسیم می کنیم، تفاوت هایی را می بینیم. کمبریج و آکسفورد در اروپا، اقیانوسیه و آفریقا عملکرد بهتری دارند. در واقع، کمبریج، هاروارد را شکست داده و رتبه اول را در اروپا و اقیانوسیه کسب کرده است.(حتی در استخدامی ها در اروپا ، کمبریج دست بالاتر را دارد!) 🔹 بیایید ریزتر شویم؛  با نگاهی به داده ها، دانشگاه هاروارد به ویژه در  رشته های  بالینی و پزشکی بسیار خوب عمل می کند،  همچنین در رشته های مدیرتی، تجارت و علوم زندگی پیشتازست. ضعیف‌ترین  رشته های  هاروارد در مقایسه با رقبا ( واضح بگوییم، آنها فقط نسبتاً ضعیف هستند) علوم رایانه، مهندسی و علوم فیزیکی هستند! 🔹 حال بیایید به دو  دانشگاه مشابه نگاه کنیم: MIT و Stanford. بر خلاف هاروارد، شهرت آنها به شدت بر  رشته های مهندسی متمرکز است. همانطور که ممکن است انتظار داشته باشیم، MIT کمی بیشتر بر مهندسی متمرکز است، استنفورد  در رشته های مدیریتی و تجارت و عمران بیشتر نمود دارد! 🔹 تاکنون در حال بررسی نهادهای ایالات متحده بوده ایم. بیایید به آن سوی اقیانوس اطلس برگردیم و آکسفورد و کمبریج را بررسی کنیم. اگر می‌توانستم شباهت‌هایی را در شهرت MIT و استنفورد ببینم، پس وقتی به آکسفورد و کمبریج نگاه می‌کنیم، اشکال تقریباً یکسانی را می‌بینیم  تا حدی که تصور اینکه برخی از دانشگاهیان واقعاً به آکسبریج(به دو دانشگاه اکسفورد و کمبریج به اصطلاح آکسبریج می گویند) به عنوان یک موجودیت واحد رای دهند وجود دارد...(در واقع فرقی کلی بین این دو نیست) در این دو دانشگاه  در رشته های هنر و علوم انسانی، علوم اجتماعی و علوم فیزیکی بسیار قوی هستند اما در بازرگانی و حقوق عملکرد  ضعیف تری به نسبت رقبا دارند! 🔹 آخرین برند دانشگاهی ما برکلی است و اگر رشته های بالینی و سلامت را نادیده بگیریم (که در واقع تخصص سایر بخش‌های سیستم دانشگاه کالیفرنیا است)، استدلال محکمی وجود دارد که بگوییم برکلی از نظر امتیاز شهرت در واقع گردترین  و برترین رتبه از شش مورد است! تقریبا بطور کامل تمامی رشته ها موجود در دانشگاه برکلی در سطح بسیار بالا و ممتاز و رقابتی قرار دارند!!! 🔹 چند نکته جالب دیگر! از لحاظ پراکندگی جغرافیایی این ۶ دانشگاه در ۳ موقعیت جغرافیا واقع شده اند، در واقع جفت جفت کنار همدیگر بوده و یکدیگر را کاور می‌کنند! آکسفورد در کنار کیمبریج بوده و همه از ارتباط و تاثیر این دو دانشگاه بر هم آگاه هستند! هاروارد و ام ای تی در ماساچوست و در شهر بوستون درکنار هم قرار دارند و در واقع  دانشجویان و اساتید هاروارد ام ای تی را پدید آورده اند!  دو دانشگاه  استنفورد و برکلی در منطقه خلیج سانفرانسیسکو آمریکا، محل دره سیلیکون جفت شده اند. استنفورد پس از جنگ جهانی دوم از طریق تأمین حمایت گسترده فدرال برای تحقیقات خود و کمک برکلی  به دانشگاهی بزرگ تبدیل شد! اما همچنین تا سالها به منابع از قبل موجود UC Berkeley متکی بود. در واقع بیشتر اعضای هیئت علمی و دانشجویان تحصیلات تکمیلی  استنفورد از برکلی بوده و هستند! بعدها استنفورد استراتژی رشد خود را بر تحقیقات کاربردی متمرکز کرد و خیلی زود به یک دانشگاه جامع تبدیل شد. 🔹 در رتبه های بعدی شهرت و اعتبار دانشگاه های زیر قرار دارند: 7. 14th International ELT Research Conference, and the 9th International Congress of Research in Applied Linguistics  is to be organized by International Association of Educational Researchers (ULEAD) and hosted by Ankara Hacı Bayram Veli University in collaboration with Çanakkale Onsekiz Mart University, Faculty of Education, ELT Department on 26-27 September 2025 in Ankara, Türkiye. The theme of our Congress is “Language Unbound:Shapimg the Future of Language Education”. It will be a hybrid event, and its aim is to furnish an opportunity for the dissemination of the results of rigorous academic enquiry as well as encouraging scientific discussion, exchange of ideas and other interaction with colleagues and researchers. 💎Coining a New Term in Research? Are we allowed? 🎙At times, the vocabulary we have ready-at-hand is not sufficient to describe something we want to explore. Maybe there is a descriptive gap between existing terms and the phenomena you are trying to describe, or maybe existing terms are used in a variety of ways and you want to be more specific. In such cases, coining your own key terms can be a useful way to name a previously unnamed concept and deepen your engagement with your subject. Coining your own terms comes with its own challenges, however, and this entry outlines how to ensure your terms are introduced with clarity and tied in a relevant way to your overall argument. Since you are utilizing a new word, it is imperative that you define it carefully and be clear about how it differs from any similar terms that already exist. In other words, you have to justify your use of a new term over a preexisting one. You must also make sure your reader shares your understanding of what the term means by providing a definition and even examples that help the reader understand how the term works. As you revise, make sure that your term is covering all of these bases at the first appearance of the term in your paper. To demonstrate how to define your coined terms, let’s look at an example of a well-known author performing these steps. This is the opening to Derrida’s essay “Différance,” in which he explains the titular theoretical concept: ‘Différance,’ in simplest terms can be explained as a combination of two words namely, ‘difference’ and ‘deferral.’ This word explains how the meaning of a word is always deferred. The common example I use to explain the idea of ‘différance’ is, when one refers to a pen as a tool used for writing, one also refers what the pen is not. Meaning the word pen on one hand represents the image of a pen but at the same time it refers to objects which are not a pen, namely a table, a chair and so on. Read more @Proposal_Thesis
