Some information to take note of this workshop: 1. The Koru Mindfulness is 4 x 75min. It is ok if the participant indicates upfront that he can only attend only 3 out of the 4 lessons. But he must commit to the 3 lessons. 2. Each participant needs to install and register the Koru App (Android or iOS). 3. Each participant is encouraged to do 10min daily silent practices. 4. The reading material for this course is the book "The Mindful Twenty-Something). https://www.newharbinger.com/9781626254893/the-mindful-twenty-something/ This book can also be borrowed from NLB. https://nlb.overdrive.com/media/3044954
