On the upcoming Tuesday, *25 October 2022*, a solar eclipse is visible in Bharatam. Though its duration is short, it is very important since the scriptures declare that the good deeds done during a Surya Grahana accrue many more times the benefit. This Surya Grahana comes after two years. Moreover, no Surya Grahana is visible in Bharatam for the next five years.
