THE ONE WHO FEELS HE IS TOO GOOD FOR HIS WIFE ➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖ This is one whose wife beautifies herself for him in their privacy with that wich she believes will delight her husband from beautification and attractive appearance, whether it be by wearing lingerie or makeup with all its different styles and types. However, unexpectedly she is met by rejection from her husband. Rather, he resembles her to the lowly lewd woman he sees on T.V or those he used to see previously on T.V, even though today he is from those who are upright. O noble husband, it is obligatory upon you to enjoy your devout wife, who wishes only to attract your attention. This is so that you do not find the urge to look at what is impermissible and regret it. The virtuous woman of the salaf would do this. Actually, the wives of the Prophet (ﷺ) would do this (meaning beautify themselves). For example, 'A'ishah, the mother of the Believers, al-Siddīqah the daughter of al-Siddīq (may Allāh be pleased with her and her father) narrated her story related to beautification (of herself), saying: "The Messenger of Allāh (ﷺ) entered upon me and he saw in my hand some large silver rings so he said, 'What is this O 'A'ishah?' So I said, 'I made them so that I could beautify myself for you O Messenger of Allāh." My dear brother, if there is something that displeases you about your wife, or you observe something concerning her, then guide her in a way that is best and do not be harsh. For in the Messenger of Allāh (ﷺ) you have the best example to follow. 📚Book: A Message Exclusively To The Husbands | By Shaykh Abū Furayhān Jamāl Ibn Furayhān al-Hārithī 📝Translated by Anwar Wright and Isa Underdue Hikmah Publications P. 69, 70 ➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖ https://t.me/thebeginningoftruth

🔹Only the Truth Is Respected In the Name of Allāh, the Ever Merciful, the Bestower of Mercy Shaykh Sālih Ibn Fawzān al-Fawzān -حفظه الله تعالى- “Those who say, ‘Respect all of the different views and opinions’ are wrong. Only the truth is respected.” 📚Source: al-Ijābāt al-Fāṣilah, pg. 27. 📝Translated by: Musa Shaleem Mohammed ➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖ https://t.me/thebeginningoftruth

Ibn al Qayyim [Died 751 A.H.] [رحمه الله] said: ❝Allaah’s advice for fathers with their children precedes advice for children with their fathers. So whoever was careless and negligent of educating his son, and leaves off benefiting him and leaving him useless, then he has been evil to him, extremely evil. Indeed most children being corrupt is due to their fathers, and then being neglectful of them. Them leaving their education of the Faraid [obligations] and the Sunnan [practices of the Sunnah] of the religion, so they caused them to be lost when they were young. Then the fathers did not benefit from them when they were older. Just like some fathers held it to be shameful that their children were disobedient, so the child says, O my father you showed disobedience to me when I was young, so now I’m being disobedient to you now that I am older. You caused me to be lost when I was a boy, so I caused you to be lost in your old age.❞ [Tuhfat al-Mowdood Bi Ahkaam al-Mowlood, (Page: 387)] ➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖ https://t.me/thebeginningoftruth

What is the Ruling of Writing Qur'anic Verses upon the Walls of the Masaajid & Houses? ➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖ Question posed to Sheikh Zayd Al-Madhkhali رحمه الله تعالى: ▪️Question: Noble Sheikh, what is the ruling of writing Qur'anic verses upon the walls of the masaajid, and Ayah Al-Kursi in the houses? ▫️Answer: All praise is due to Allaah, and may Allaah raise the rank of the Messenger of Allaah and grant him peace, his family, his companions, and those that believe in him and follow his guidance. As for what follows: There is no need to write Qur'anic verses upon the walls of the masaajid, nor within the mahaareeb (the niches within the walls of the masaajid that indicate the direction of prayer), nor other than it. That was not from the way of the Salaf (the righteous first three generations of Islaam; the Sahabah, Taabi'een and Atba' At-Taabi'een). Rather, the Qur'aan is written in the masaahif and memorised in the chests; it is recited for reward, for deriving Islamic rulings and to act in accordance to it. As for using it to adorn the houses, or the masaajid, then this is not legislated. And it is obligatory upon the scholars that they clarify (this) to those that do that, and other than it from the affairs of the Religion that are not good to do and that are obligatory to abandon. And Allaah knows best and with Allaah is all success. 📚- العِقد المنضّد الجديد (1/51-2 Q35) ➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖ https://t.me/thebeginningoftruth

Advising And Mistakes The Senior Scholar Rabee Bin Hadi Al-Madkhali [حفظه الله] said: ‏«وإذا أخطأ أخوك فانصحه باللين وقدم له الحجة والبرهان ينفعه الله بذلك أما أن تجلس وتتربص أن يخطئ فلان وتقوم تشنع هنا وهناك أن فلاناً فعل كذا وكذا، فهذه طرق الشياطين وليست طرق أهل الحق.» ❝If your brother makes a mistake, advise him with gentleness and present him proofs and evidences through which Allaah will benefit him. As for sitting waiting in ambush for someone to make a mistake and to rouse up hatred here and there that so-and-so did such-and-such. These are the ways of the Shayateen not the way of the people of the truth.❞ [Bahjatul Qaaree, (Page: 107) | Translated By Abbas Abu Yahya Miraath al-Anbiyya] ➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖ https://t.me/thebeginningoftruth

The Wisdom of Marriage - The Fallacy of Dating ➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖ The scholar and dāʿī, Dr Muḥammad Taqi al-Din Al-Hilāli[1] said, "... And in the Sunan of Ibn Majah the prophet (ṣallallāhu ʿalayhi wa-sallam) stated, "From the things that makes a man happy is a righteous wife whom whenever he looks at her she pleases him, whenever he commands her she obeys him, and whenever he is absent she is faithful with herself and his wealth" Ḥadīth ḥasan (ḥadīth no. 1857). So look (may Allāh have mercy on you) at this ḥadīth which illustrates therein very high wisdom from the lips of the one who has been given concise, eloquent speech that contains much profound meaning. For indeed herein he summed up the conditions for a happy marital life: 1. The first one is that the woman is attractive in the eyes of the husband 2. She willingly fulfills his requests and does what he wants, and this is the sign of true love 3. He trusts her and she trusts him. Hence if he is absent for a long or short period, he will be rest assured that she will safeguard her honor and integrity, and ensure that his wealth is not wasted Without these conditions, neither of the spouses can ever be happy. And the Europeans have claimed to have attained the pinnacle of marital bliss because they allow the fiancé to interact with his fiancée before the marriage in a manner that is very disturbing. It is quite possible for this relationship to continue like this for years whereby they are 'still getting to know each other,' to get to learn the other person's behavioral traits and personality so that they can be more compatible with each other in order to make the relationship more lasting. They know however that this is a big farce because neither of the spouses trusts the other - as far as being faithful to each other - or being honest with their money. The husband cannot tell his wife to do anything because obedience is not an obligation for them. Hence, they are like two business or trade partners. And this illustrates the fallacy of the stipulation they must 'be in love' first. As for the argument that supports unrestricted interaction before the marriage contract, (this is also a fallacy) because they do not really get to know the true character of the other companion because each of them 'puts on an act' for the other, and feign signs of adulation for fear that the engagement will be called off. And almost none of them reveals his/her true character until they get married. And there are many incidents like this that prove this to be true. For indeed, this happened in Germany in the city of Bonn wherein a man was engaged to his fiancée for 20 years, and they lived together as a man would live with his wife. However, when they married, the marriage did not last but one year; all of it being disagreements, bickering, and argumentation, eventually ending in divorce." Taken from his book 'The rulings of al-Khula' in Islām' pg. 36-38. ________________________________ [1] He is a descendant of the Prophet's grandson Husayn (raḍī Allāhu ʿʿʿanhu). He was born in Morocco in 1311 (1893) and he died 1408 (1997). He is well known for his translation of the meanings of the interpretation of the Noble Qurʾān and Ṣaḥiḥ Al-Bukharī. Shaykh Hammād al-Anṣārī said about him, "In reality, I have not met anyone who has more knowledge in so many various subjects other than Dr. al-Hilāli. Forty-five years have passed and I have never seen anyone like him. He was fluent in languages such as Hebrew, German, English, Spanish, in addition to being a scholar in al-ʿArabīc. He is my shaykh for I benefit from him greatly. He was Salafi in his ʿaqīdah, and if you read his book about al-Tawḥīd you would know that no one knows al-Tawḥīd in the Qurʾān like him." The Grave Effects Of Being Intoxicated With The Dunya (Worldly Life) & Leadership Ibnul Qayyim rahimahullaah states: And the love of the Dunya causes one to fall into doubts, then into that which is disliked, then into that which is forbidden (Haraam), and it often causes (people) to fall into unbelief. Rather, all the nations that disbelieved in their Prophets, indeed it was love for the Dunya that caused them to fall into their unbelief and destruction. For indeed, when the Messengers forbade them from Shirk (Polytheism, associating partners with Allaah) and sinning through which they used to earn their Dunya (livelihood in the worldly life), the love for it caused them to oppose the Messengers and disbelieve in them. So the root of every sin in the world is love of the Dunya. And do not forget the mistake of our parents (Aadam and Hawaa) aforetime. For indeed the reason for it was the love of living forever in the Dunya.  And do not forget the sin of Iblees and it's reason was love of leadership. The love of leadership is more evil than the love of the Dunya. And due to it the Fir'awn disbelieved, also Hamaan and his army, Aboo Jahl and his people and likewise; the Jews. So the love of the Dunya (worldly life) and leadership is what will fill the fire with its inhabitants. And Zuhd (abstaining and abstemiousness) in the Dunya (worldly life) and leadership is what will fill al-Jannah (Paradise) with its inhabitants. And the intoxication of being in love with the Dunya (worldly life) is far worse than being intoxicated with drinking wine. And the person with this type of intoxication does not sober up from it until he is in the darkness of the grave. And if its screen/covering was removed for him in the Dunya, he would certainly come to know the extent of what he had from the intoxication; and that it is worse than the intoxication from wine, and the Dunya bewitches the minds with the greatest enchantment. Imaam Ahmad said: It was narrated to us by Sayyaar, (who said): It was narrated to us by Ja'far, (who said): I heard Maalik b. Deenar say: "Fear the sorceress (the Dunya), for indeed it enchants the hearts of even the scholars." And Yahya b. Mu'adh ar-Raazee said: "The Dunya is the intoxication from the Shaytaan, whoever is intoxicated by it will not wake up from it except among the dead full of regret in the midst of the losers." Whoever Wears An Amulet Then He Has Committed Shirk ➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖ On the authority of 'Uqbah bin 'Aamir al-Juhanee (radiallaahu anhu) he said: A group of people came to the Messenger of Allaah (ﷺ) [i.e. to give Bay’ah (pledge allegiance) to him]. He accepted the pledge of allegiance from nine from them and he withheld it from one. So they said: “O Messenger of Allah, you accepted from nine and have left this one? He (ﷺ) replied: "Verily, he is wearing an Amulet (Tamimah).” So the man he put his hand (in his garments) and tore it off. After that he (ﷺ) accepted his Bay'ah. And he (ﷺ) said: “Whoever wears an amulet then he has committed Shirk (Polytheism).” Translated by: Aboo 'Abdillaah Bilal Hussain al-Kashmiree Reported by Ahmad in his Musnad (4/156), please refer to Silsilatul-Ahadeeth as-Saheehah (1/889). Shaykh al-Albaanee rahimahullaah graded this Hadeeth as Saheeh ➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖ https://t.me/thebeginningoftruth

The Ruling on Wedding Rings - Sh.Al-Albany, Sh.bin Baz and Sh.ibn ul-Uthaymeen ➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖ بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم The origin of the wedding ring emanates from an old practice of the christians whereby the groom would place the ring on the left-hand thumb of the bride and say, “in the name of the father”, then he would move it across to the index finger and say, “in the name of the son”, then he woud move it across to the middle finger and say, “in the name of the holy ghost”, then finally the next movement would mean the ring then ended up upon the finger now known as the “ring finger” where the wedding ring would then remain and “amen” said upon it. [Paraphrased Aadaab az-Zifaaf of Shaikh al-Albany p140 via Sahab, also mentioned by Sh ibn ul-Uhaymeen quoted from Sh al-Albany, (الضياء اللامع من الخطب الجوامع ج 2 / ص 446) Shaikh bin Baz concerning wedding rings, “I do not know any basis for this act, this was not from the customs of the muslims…so I consider leaving it is better, it is safer and further from imitation of the disbelievers, it has not reached us that the Salaf as-Salih ever did anything of this nature”. [Paraphrased, http://www.binbaz.org.sa/mat/18573] Shaikh Fawzan also stated, “It is not permissible to wear wedding rings at all due to: 1] Imitation of non-islamic customs 2] If the person thinks the ring aids in strengthening the love between the husband and wife then this is from Shirk”. Shamsuddeen Muhammad Bin Abee Bakr Ibn Qayyim Al-Jawziyyah [D.751 A.H.] [رحمه الله] said: ❝From the greatest means for the constraint of the heart is: Turning away from Allaah [تعالى], and attaching the heart to other than Him. Being negligent of His remembrance, and loving other than Him, since whoever loved something other than Allaah then he is punished with that thing. His heart is imprisoned in loving that other thing. So there is none in this world who is more wretched than him, and none more in a gloomier situation, nor a more miserable survival, nor any one with a more tired / sick heart.❞ [Zaad Al-Ma’ad By Ibn Qayyim Al-Jawziyyah, (2/25) | Translated By Abbas Abu Yahya Miraath al-Anbiyya] ➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖ https://t.me/thebeginningoftruth

The One Who Misses The Last Ruku of Jumu’ah Prayer Has Indeed Missed Jumu’ah Prayer And Must Pray Dhur ➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖ In The Name of Allaah, The Most Merciful, The Bestower of mercy. Question to Imaam Abdul Azeez Bin Baaz [rahimahullaah]: If I enter the masjid whilst the Imam is praying the Jumu’ah prayer and sitting for the Tashahud, do I pray it as Jumu’ah prayer or Dhur? Answer: If the late comer did not catch – from the Jumu’ah prayer- except Sujood or Tashahud, then indeed he prays Dhur and not Jumu’ah, because the prayer is caught by way of a Rak’ah due to the statement of Prophet [sallal laahu alayhi wasallam], “Whoever catches a Rak’ah of the prayer has caught the prayer”. [ref 1] And also the statement of the Prophet [sallal laahu alayhi wasallam], “Whoever catches a Rak’ah of Jumu’ah prayer or another prayer, then let him add other Rak’aat [i.e. the remaining Rak’ah or Rak’aat] to it and indeed his prayer is completed”. [ref 2] So, it is known from these two hadeeths that the one who has not caught a Rak’ah from the Jumu’ah prayer, then he has missed Jumu’ah and it is obligated on him to pray Dhur. [Majmoo Fataawaa Wa Maqaalaat Ash-Shaykh Ibn Baaz 12/330] When Is a Person Considered to Have Caught a Rak’ah? The Prophet [sallal laahu alayhi wasallam] said, “When you come [to the Salaah] whilst the Imaam is in Ruku, then perform Ruku. If he is in Sujood, then perform Sujood and do not consider that you’ve caught the Rak’ah through Sujood if it was not done with Ruku”. [ref 3] Some Statements And Actions of The Sahaabah Regarding This Affair: Ibn Mas’ood [radiyallaahu anhu] said, “Whoever has not joined the Imaam whilst he [i.e. the Imaam] is in Ruku, he has not caught that rak’ah”. [ref 4] Ibn Abee Shaybah, At-Tahaawi, At-Tabaraanee and Al-Bayhaqqi [rahimahumullaah] reported from Zayd Ibn Wahb [rahimahullaah], who said, “I went out with Abdullah (Ibn Mas’ood) from his house to the Masjid, and when we reached the middle of the Masjid the imaam went into Ruku; so Abdullah performed Takbeer and went into Ruku and I performed Ruku with him; then we walked whilst in that state of Ruku until we reached the row and the people raised their heads from Ruku”. Zayd said, “When the Imaam finished the Salaah, I stood up and thought that I did not catch the Rak’ah, so Abdullaah grabbed my hand and made me sit down, and said, ‘Indeed, you caught (the rakah)’”. [ref 5] Zayd Bin Thaabit [radiyallaahu-anhu] used to say, “Whoever catches the Rak’ah before the Imaam raises his head (from ruku), then indeed he has caught the rak’ah”. [ref 6] Abubakr Bin Abdir Rahmaan Ibn Al-Haarith Bin Hishaam [rahimahullaah] said, “Abubakr As-Siddeeq and Zayd Bin Thaabit [radiyallaahu-anhumaa] entered the Masjid whilst the Imaam was in Ruku, so they made Ruku and then moved slowly whilst in Ruku until they reached the row”. [ref 7] Then Imaam Al-Albaanee [rahimahullaah] said, “This shows that the Rak’ah is caught by catching the Ruku”. One Takbeer or Two When Catching The Ruku? Imaam Abdul Azeez Bin Baaz [rahimahullaah] was asked, “If a person comes to the Salaah whilst the Imaam is in Ruku, does he perform the opening Takbeer [i.e. Takbeeratul Ihraam] and the Takbeer for Ruku, or does he just perform Takbeer [for Ruku] and perform Ruku?” Answer: What is more appropriate and safe is that he performs two Takbeers- the first one for Takbeeratul Ihraam [i.e. the opening Takbeer of the prayer] which is a pillar of the prayer and must be performed whilst standing, and the second Takbeer before going into Ruku; but if he fears that he’ll miss the Rak’ah, then the Takbeeratul Ihraam suffices and this is the most correct view of the scholars in this affair, because they are two acts of worship performed at the same time; therefore the greater one suffices. [Majmoo Fataawaa Ibn Baaz 11/244-245] ➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖ [Ref 1: Bukhaari 580 and Muslim 607] Ref 2: Reported by Imaam An-Nasaa’ee. Declared authentic by Imaam Al-Albaanee in Irwaa Al-Ghaleel’- Hadeeth Number 622. Vol 3, page 84. Publishers: Al-Maktabah Al-Islaamee, 2nd edition 1405 AH (1985)]

MAJOR SINS AND THE GRAVEST AMONG THESE ➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖ It is narrated on the authority of 'Abdullah b. Amr b. al-'As that the Messenger of Allaah (sallAllaahu alayhi wa sallam) observed: Abusing one's Parents is one of the major sins. They (the hearers) said: Messenger of Allaah, does a man abuse his Parents too? He (the Prophet) replied: Yes, one abuses the father of another man, who in turn abuses his father. One abuses his mother and he in turn abuses his (the former's) mother. 🌐 SahihMuslim.com ✨ The Book Of Faith ; No:162 ➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖ https://t.me/thebeginningoftruth
