The benefit of identifying time with respect to the Sun, Moon and Stars which I call as Devine clock is one will let his heart sync with nature and build positive energy around which will attract all positive things and repel negative things and people with negativity.
'Time of the day' to be identified by the position of the Sun.
'Day of the Month' to be identified by the phase of the Moon.
When the Moon is exactly half (during it's increasing phase) it indicates Seventh day (which is first Sabbath day of the Month). This precisely occurs every month and every year.
I request that those who want to learn the Lunar System of Time must look for the Moon on a daily basis and observe it's shape, movement in the horizon (South to North and West to East both dimensions), what time it's visible.

And when My servants ask you, about Me – then indeed I am near. I respond to the invocation of the supplicant when he calls Me. So let them respond to Me and let them believe in Me so that they may be led aright. [2:186]
