#PDxsession ✨MONDAY NIGHT RECAP✨ PDx 2 was just fabulous🔥 We had the incredible honor of hosting Dr. Segenet, whose journey reminded us that medicine is not just a career, it’s a path shaped by resilience, purpose, and continuous growth. From his early days to becoming a leader in his field, he shared honest insights, practical advice, and lessons we’ll carry with us far beyond the classroom. Her research focuses on understanding how traditional herbal remedies affect the human body, helping bridge the gap between indigenous knowledge and modern scientific medicine. In 2009, she made history by becoming the first woman in Ethiopia to attain the rank of full professor, a milestone that broke barriers for women in science and academia in the country.
