The jury sent a note saying "it is with a heavy heart we are unable to come to a decision."
But hold on... Defense attorney Kevin Reddington asked the judge to give him one hour to take it to the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court for an emergency stay. The judge said yes.
The jury is reportedly 11 to 1 for acquittal. One male juror is holding the line. Reddington said yesterday he didn't want a mistrial because he "kicked the sh**" out of the prosecution's case.
