കെ എ എസിൽ എത്ര വേക്കൻസികൾ ഉണ്ടാവും?
കേരളത്തിലെ രണ്ടാം ഗസറ്റഡ് പോസ്റ്റുകളിലേക്കുള്ള നിയമനത്തിനാണ് കെ എ എസ് നിലവിൽ വന്നത്. ഇപ്പോൾ ഈ രണ്ടാം ഗസറ്റഡ് പോസ്റ്റുകളിൽ ഇരിക്കുന്നവരൂടെ ആകെ എണ്ണം 1200 ആണ്. അതിന്റെ 10% ആണ് കെഎഎസിലോട്ട് മാറ്റി വെച്ചത്. അതായത് പരമാവധി 120 എണ്ണം. പക്ഷെ 120 ഒഴിവിലേക്ക് ഒരു തവണ കൊണ്ട് നിയമനം നടത്തുവാൻ സാധിക്കുന്നതല്ല കാരണം ആ ഒഴിവുകളിൽ നിലവിൽ ഉദ്യോഗസ്ഥരുണ്ട്. അതിനാൽ റിട്ടയർമെൻറ്റ് നടക്കുന്ന മുറയ്ക്ക് ആയിരിക്കും ആളെ എടുക്കുക. 3 പേർ റിട്ടയർ ആകുമ്പോൾ ഒരെണ്ണം കെഎഎസ് വഴി നികത്തണം എന്നാണ് നിലവിൽ ചട്ടത്തിൽ പറയുന്നത്. അതിനാൽ 3-4 തവണ കൊണ്ട് മാത്രമേ കെഎഎസിൻറ്റെ പരമാവധി അംഗബലമായ 120ൽ എത്താൻ സാധിക്കൂ. പക്ഷെ പിന്നീടുള്ള പരീക്ഷകളിൽ ഇത്തവണത്തേത് പോലുള്ള വേക്കൻസികൾ ഉണ്ടാവില്ല കാരണം 2018 ജനുവരി 1നു കെഎഎസ് നിലവിൽ വന്നു. അന്നുമുതൽ ഏകദേശം 2021 അവസാനം വരെ ഉള്ള ഒഴിവുകളാണ് ആദ്യത്തെ തവണ ഉണ്ടാവുക
ഏകദേശം 20 മുതൽ 30 വേക്കൻസികൾ വരെ ഓരോ സ്ട്രീമിലും പ്രതീക്ഷിക്കാം.
