This time UPSC allowed candidates to withdraw application. And some of you were asking whether skipping prelims this time will have any bearing in number of attempts.
One of our student managed to contact the DS of UPSC and he informed her that unless you appear for the exam, it won't be counted (atleast for this year). And that withdrawal of application formality was because of the Covid scenario. Whether you have withdrawn of not, no problems.
Also, we will resume the UPSC Classics from tomorrow.

തിരുവനന്തപുരം:
പി എസ് സി നടത്തിയ കേരളാ അഡ്മിനിസ്ട്രേറ്റീവ് സർവീസിന്റെ (കെഎഎസ്) പ്രാഥമിക പരീക്ഷയിൽ രണ്ടു രീതിയിൽ മൂല്യനിർണയം നടത്തുന്നതിൽ ക്രമക്കേടുണ്ടെന്ന ഹർജിയിൽ കേരളാ അഡ്മിനിസ്ട്രേറ്റീവ് ട്രിബ്യൂണൽ പി എസ് സി ക്ക് നോട്ടീസ് അയച്ചു. മൂന്നാഴ്ചക്കകം വിശദീകരണം നൽകാനാണ് നിർദ്ദേശം. മൂന്നു സ്ട്രീമുകളിലായി 3.8 ലക്ഷം പേർ എഴുതിയ പരീക്ഷയിലെ പതിനേഴായിരത്തോളം ഒ എം ആർ ഷീറ്റുകൾ മൂല്യനിർണയം നടത്താനാകാതെ സ്കാനർ തള്ളിയതിനാൽ ഇവയിൽ ഫിസിക്കൽ മൂല്യനിർണയവും മറ്റു ഷീറ്റുകൾ ഇലക്ട്രോണിക് മൂല്യനിർണയവും നടത്താൻ പി എസ് സി തീരുമാനിക്കുകയായിരുന്നു. ഒരേ പരീക്ഷക്ക് രണ്ടു രീതിയിൽ മൂല്യനിർണയം നടത്തുന്നതുമൂലം വൻ തിരിമറി നടക്കാനിടയുണ്ടെന്നും നീതി നിഷേധവും ആണെന്നാരോപിച്ച് സെക്രട്ടേറിയറ്റിലെയും മറ്റും ഏതാനും ഉദ്യോഗാർത്ഥികൾ നൽകിയ ഹർജിയിലാണ് തിരുവനന്തപുരം അഡ്മിനിസ്ട്രേറ്റീവ് ട്രിബ്യൂണൽ പി എസ് സി ക്ക് നോട്ടീസ് അയച്ചത്.
