This week we have FOMC to look out for in terms of high impact volatility, so I'm expecting the markets to move in the later half of the week following that release. Also we have a bank holiday on Monday for USD... so all the more reason there probably will not be a lot of movement early in the week for the majors. This week our news focus is going to be on NFP for the majors, but we will also have high impact volatility in AUD and CAD pairs. Following the Brexit leave of the European Union on Friday, GBP pairs have seen a strong surge in bullish momentum. Wednesday's focus will be on CAD pairs/crosses, while we look to EUR pairs for Thursday & Friday. I generally do not engage in trading during the December - January period due to the sub-optimal market conditions that inevitably occur this time of year. Hey everyone hope your weekend was great! NFP and FOMC are now behind us and we are halfway into the month of December! Holidays are just around the corner and during these next few weeks it may be wise to be more selective with your trades, and just sit back and watch the markets unfold.
