🎓 CASE STUDY 12/100 ==================== Hp pavilions DV5 Board : 6053B0584301 💥 Laptop came from my dealer , not power on issue. 💥 Checked physically , found some one has tried to repair but they returned. dealer said. for this model don't having schematics. 💥 Connect the board in power supply..ampire shows 0.003...But not triggering... Dc light was not glowing.. 💥 Checked with charging section one fet was missing... Used data sheet for charging ic for further checking... 💥 found, lower N channel fet was missing.. Replace from scrap board. 💥 Connect the power supply, on... Got VIN SHORT... CLR SHORT.. 💥 Using our traditional method for removed vin short... Found SB SECTION Cap was short from my Thermal Cam. 💥 Replace the cap from scrap.. Connect power supply, short was gone DC reading steady at 0.035 my DC light also glowed.. triggered, alhamdulillah... Got the display on keyboard first... After I connect display... Perfect.... 💥 In this second lock down, AFS DVD revision is giving too much confidence for repairing.... 💥 Rafi sir...Shukran ..... ana hub anta.......🙏🙏🙏🙏

Case study Hp 15-ac (LA-C701P) Problem - With in 10-15 mins Laptop shutdown Clue - Display comes at 0.640 amp 👉 Open and clean the fan and heatink, put new cooling paste and check - but same 👉 Check components for any heat using infrared thermometer, found PL14 (+vcc_core) coil is excessively heating Little nervous 😟 👉 Start remove components 1 by 1 remove PC78 & PQ13 but same , put PQ13 back Replace - PCZ42 Display comes at 0.550 amp (amp decreased) But still PL14 was heating Replace PL14 💥 Heating issue - cleared Display comes at 0.460 amp and laptop continue on (shutdown problem solved) Next day morning Problem no.2 - Laptop Dead After triggering amp goes 0.077 and come back to 0.008 (ac led glows) 👉 Check all coil impedance, found PL8 (+5v alw) low impedance & Pc40 (+3v alw) damaged CMOS socket also little bit damaged 👉 Replace both standby output capasitor - but +5v impedance same 👉 Remove PJP3 jumper , now jumper's output and input side impedance ok 👉 Problem in jumper solder, so resold it and check. 💥 Board on and Display ok Problem no. 3 Laptop Hang in both Bios and hdd boot Start isolation all connection but found problem in motherboard 👉 Add PC118 ( 19v purification which is connected to upper mosfet ) but same 👉 Again replace PL14 & PCZ42 but same 👉 Replace Bios chip and programmed a new file 💥 Hanging issue - cleared Problem no - 4 Late Display Before solve this issue, 1st I go for OS installation after OS complete Open bios chip , cleaned ME using MEinject 💥 Display comes with in 4 sec at 0.260 amp Now laptop was completely in Good condition Thanks to 🙏🙏🙏 💥Rafi Guruji and AFS practical dvds ( Note : all impedance observation for display is without screen )

Today case study 14-5-21 Board LA-C701P Board recive full temperd Problem 3v & 5v not genrate 1. 3.3v and 5v cap not available Check impidence ok.. 330 ka cap add kiya and connect dc supply amp goes to 0.010 and back 0.004 press power button amp goes to 0.012 and back but coil voltage no genrate 3 remove jumper pad but same 4 when connect dc it come and goes mean ic ok 5 check ic it best cap miss Add cap but same 6 check enable come from ec_on it not come I just short twizer 3.3v ldo to ec on and press power button board on 7 then I go to io... Kb9022 program io but same ec_on not come 8 check all Recuvarement see fine 9 tab meri nagar dc jeck par gayi... Dc jack undher se tuta tha adopter I'd and positive line short thi... Dc adopter_id line for testing purpose and connect dc supply and triger board on and display come... Dc jack nahi tha iss liye line cut kil.. Yeh motherboard meri city k bahut purane Tecnition se aya tha.. Aaj mujhe AFS student hone par proud ho raha hai... Thank ko rafi sir... Iss board ko repair karne main mujhe 40 mint se bhi kam laga

*Case study* LENOVO B460 (09922-1) Problem- DEAD ➡️DC READING 0.300-.320 👉STANDBY IC TPS51123 Is Heating 👉 check impedance of All Pins 👍 🤔🤔 👉Ic Replace With *Tps51125* 👉 👍 DC READING 0.011 Board Ready 👉Turn On Board Display Come At 1.095 Amp💥 2nd problem 👉after 40-50 second Dc READING reverse and Stuck At 0.137 👉 Standby IC heating 👉 i think ic faulty i replace it 👉 Again Same Display Come after 40-50seconds dc reading reverse and ic heating 👉 Then i replace all MOSFET and Capacitors in standby section 👉 But Same😅 👉🤔🤔 👉 Understand DC Reading💥🔥it going To S5 to S0 then s0 state Something Short Then i started Reverse 👉Start From USB In Onboard 5V_USB1_s0 Ok 👉But 5V_USB2_s0 is Showing 0.68v 💥 *TC9 Titanium Capacitor Of USB is Short* 💥 Remove It 💥 Case Done😄😄😄💥 More than 2 Hours laptop is Working Fine 👉💥Thanks *AFS DVD* 🥰 *Md.Rafi Sir* *AFS Solutions* *Practical Workshop is Improving My knowledge and Skills Thank you Very Much Sir Love You*
