متى يتم تغير حشوة الاملغم؟؟ تغيير حشوة الأملغم السنية يكون فقط إذا ظهر تسوس على حافتها، أو إذا تلفت لا تستمع لمن يقول لك إن حشوة الأملغم السِنية مضرة وإنه يجب عليك أن تغيرها بحشوة أخرى لا تحتوي الزئبق، إذ لا توجد أدلة علمية تدعم هذه المزاعم، ومن الأولى أن توفر ما تريد أن تنفقه من نقود على الحشوة الجديدة وتضعها في أمر آخر يفيد أسنانك، مثل شراء الخيط الطبي وفرش أسنان جديدة. 🌹🌹 #تذكروا_دوما ينبغي تغيير حشوة الأملغم السنية في حالتين فقط، الأولى ظهور آثار تسوس على حافتها أو تلفها، والثانية تفتت الحشوة وتحولها إلى شظايا أو انكسارها بسبب تآكلها. 🌹🌹 كما أن حشوة الأملغم غالبا ما تدوم لنحو عشر سنوات أو أكثر، وذلك يعتمد على عدة عوامل من بينها حجم الحشوة. 🌹🌹 لا يوجد أي داع لتغيير حشوة الأملغم السنية بشكل وقائي، مشيرا إلى أنه لا توجد أي أدلة علمية على مخاطر حشوة الأملغم سوى في حالة استثنائية واحدة تعد نادرة الحدوث للغاية، ألا وهي👇 (#الحساسية_تجاه_الأملغم.)

بعد ذلك نقوم بنحت الحشوة و نحاول اظهار المعالم التشريحية للسن حته نرجع وظيفة السن الاساسية...يعني مو تبقون الحشوة ناعمه ... لازم تنحتون الاملغم بواسطه carver و burnisher حته تحصلون ع حشوة مفيده وحلوة

الخطوة الاخيرة والمهمه هي وضع الاملغم بواسطه amalgam carrier داخل الفجوة... وضروري الضغط ع الاملغم بقوة حته مايصير فراغ و يسبب الم الحشوة ويتم بواسطه الcondenser.
