✅ The Cabinet Committee on Economic Affairs (CCEA), chaired by the Prime Minister, has approved the BHAVYA-Rasayan Scheme.
📍 About the Scheme
✅ Aims to establish 3 dedicated Chemical Parks across India.
✅ Implemented by: State Governments through the Challenge Route.
✅ The Central Government will provide a grant of up to ₹1,000 crore per park.
✅ States must contribute a minimum of ₹500 crore per park.
✅ Parks may be developed as Greenfield or Brownfield projects.

✅ Provides plug-and-play infrastructure with common facilities and basic utilities for the chemical industry.
