NEW CHANGES IN SSC PATTERN IN CGL 2022- 1) TIER-1 is of qualifying in nature that means marks will not be added however it will still be competitive as the shortlisting for tier-2 will be done by tier-1 score. 2) vacancies - 20000+ but its only for people aged below 27 years, if you are 27+ age candidate then for you vacancies are still the same as previous year trend(4-5 k). 3) Tier-2 has become quite easy now for those who are average in all the sections. If you hate GS then you should love it now as the new patern is- Paper-1 (2 hr 15 min) Session 1- Section-1 -Maths+Reasoning (30+30 questions) (1 hr) Section-2 - English+GK (45+25 qus) ( 1 hr) Section -3 - Computer knowledge(20 qus ( 15 min) ( qualifying nature) Session -2 DEST ( 15 min) ( 1 data entry task will be given) ( qualifying nature) --------------------------- Paper-2 statistics ( 100 qus) ( 2 hrs) Paper-3 AAO ( 100 qus) ( 2 hrs) 4) PA/ SA vacancies added. 5) Senior tax assistant vacancies are not added. they will be included in the CGL -2023 notification hopefully. 6) Final merit list will be made on the basis of ONLY TIER-2 MARKS.
