Sign up for ISA’s group visit to NASA’s iconic Kennedy Space Center Visitor Complex. Same as before, we are glad to offer this amazing experience for a second time at a steep discounted fee of $24.61 per person. Registration is open now and will close on Sunday 10/29 at 10pm sharp as we need to send the list to the visitor complex in advance. Tickets will be distributed to registrants in the week of Nov 6. The visit will take place on Saturday Nov 11. ISA is also honored to provide carpooling fuel reimbursement, details will be announced next week. To accomodate the weekend and availability of the candidates, the ISA elections is moved to Monday 6/26 at 9pm. Candidates will introduce themselves and then polls will open. Only fee-paying enrolled students are eligible to vote.

Nomination window for the next round of the Iranian Students Association will close on Wednesday Jun 22 at 8PM. We encourage those who are interested in planning, coordinating and managing events related to our culture to volunteer and nominate themselves through this form.

Notice of ISA Elections for the 2023-24 Academic Year Dear Fellow Iranians, Elections for the next cycle of the Iranian Students Association at the University of Florida will be held on Sunday 6/25 at 8pm. If you would like to nominate yourself for any of the positions please fill this form. Only students who are paying student fees are eligible for ISA positions. You must also be of Iranian descent. There are five rolse in the association: 1. President 2. Vice President 3. Treasurer 4. Secretary 5. Social Chair You can nominate yourself for more than one position, but you will only be elected to one. ISA is currently in good standing. With recent events and gatherings like Nowruz, movie nights and more, we have had a steady recovery from the dark times of the pandemic. We have already submitted several budget requests, awaiting approval by the student government. These events will be organized by the newly elected officers.

We have reserved the big pavilion at Lake Wauburg north shore for the upcoming Sunday (6/11) 10am - 6pm. Bring your food for a potluck gathering and hangout with friends. Enjoy the beach volleyball, kayaks, swimming and more.
