Please do your best to do this Nirjala Upvas (waterless fast). If you absolutely cannot, at least try to do Jala (liquids). If you’re doing a shravan mas vrat, please still do nirjala upvas. 🙏🏽 🍇💧🙅🏽‍♂️

For context about this form : The questions we ask should focus on some of the challenges/questions that we have and would be beneficial for a motera sant to address. ***Please note that this form is completely anonymous. Jay Swaminarayan! First week of Shravan mas down, 4 more to go!!! If you’ve already started, keep it up! And if you haven’t it’s never too late. As a mandal we wanted to take these niyams together whether it’s doing kacha/pakka ektana OR kacha/pakka dharna parna! Pranavmuni Swami spoke to all of us about the agna that Mahant Swami Maharaj gave us about doing AT LEAST one of the vrats for shravanmas. Please try your all to join in starting this week. Below is an update calendar for those doing kacha/pakka Dharna Parna ONLY, this week you can eat on both Wednesday and Thursday back to back, after that the schedule will start up again until Sept 5!
