The only justification was a HL Post gap down opening if we manage to cross 24028 (100 SMA) and sustain we will see continuation of upmove towards 24200. Else it will be range bound between 23786 to 24028. Try to play the ranges. If lower end breaks high chances of 23600 due to some panic selling. Ensure to book profits on time.

Good Morning All, Gift Nifty indicates a minor Green opening. Nifty had a poor price action yesterday. The only thing is its a HH & HL. Almost went near the 100 SMA and fell down. 24027.57 is the 100 SMA for today. Now this numbers becomes the very important resistance. Only on sustaining above this we will see continuation. Else all upmoves will get sold into for a consolidation for few session. Its Friday. Pls ensure to book profits on time in your index positions and try to avoid carrying during the weekend.

Good Morning All, Gift Nifty indicates a gap up opening. Nifty closed below 100 SMA after 24th July. If this is a false break down today's close must be above the 100 SMA. As of now its at 24029.34. As long as it stays above yesterday low of 23786, I expect the index to close above the 100 SMA. In such case a test of 20 SMA is not ruled out. VIX below 12. We have Sensex weekly expiry today. Good Morning All, Gift nifty indicates another gap down opening. Nifty managed to close above 100 SMA. Today's close is very important. It will open very close to 100 SMA. If manages to climb above, we will see a recovery. 24143 is the immediate resistance. A tricky day for trading. 24900-25150 would be the range. Trade the boundaries. VIX rose more than 7% yesterday.
