Old & reputed textiles giant, *Mafatlal Industries*, is now into digital infra also. Its Q2 PAT grew 141% to Rs.21 cr. and will declare Q3 results on 5th Feb. It has a big land bank and NOCIL shares worth Rs.725+ cr. Buy for 30% gains.
*ISMT* Q3FY24 NP grew 114% to Rs.62 cr. and 9MFY24 NP rose 94% to Rs.154 cr. The promoters hold 75% and HNI Mukul Agarwal holds 40,01,346 shares. It has reduced its debt and is almost debt -free. Buy for 30% gains.
*VLS Finance* posted 671% higher H1 NP of Rs.162.23 cr. Its BV is Rs.829 and its CMP is Rs.214.5. Further, it holds 88,85,963 shares of Relaxo, whose market value is around Rs.756 cr. It has reduced its debt and is almost debt-free. 4 HNIs hold 5.47% stake. Add for hefty gains.
NSE SME *Essen Specialty Films’* 9MFY24 PAT rose 78% to Rs.12.28 cr. from Rs.6.89 cr. It has a RoCE of 17.1% and RoE of 16.3%. It reduced its debt and is almost debt-free. It is likely to perform well in Q4 given the huge market and its expanded product range. Buy for 30% gains.
